The Eighth Circuit recently gave a win to plaintiffs from North Dakota, who challenged the ATF brace rule. It sent the case back to the district court for a ruling on the injunction.

I can't keep track of all the gun related: state, appellate, state supreme, district, circut, SCOTUS, injunctions stays,TROs, etc... Is there a website that has all of the state and federal firearm law cases nationwide listed as well as their current status? Thank You

As I understand it, the whole point of a law is to clearly specify what is--or is not--allowed. The fact that the ATF was unwilling to provide clear guidelines tells me that they are in the wrong--no matter what they claim their intentions are.
