@@DavidJones-zi9xt I think what he means by raw power is that Guy is only using taijutsu (Cause that's what the Eight Inner Gates are). He's only using raw physical strenght. No chakra (Which is kinda more like ''magical'' power), unlike Tailed-Beasts (They are op, clearly, but that's because they have an awefull ton of chakra from which they're litteraly born) (Night Guy, that you mentionned, is a taijutsu technique, not a chakra based thing, unlike Naruto's KCM, which is pretty much overflowing chakra)

He only uses his own strength. Well he did use a ninja tool before when fighting kisame but he rarely does that

Obito's rage/massacre of the rain village guys when Rin is killed 3. 6 tails Naruto 4. The entirety of Madara's character in the war (it was an overall spectacle just cause no one was a match for him, first time we'd seen it in the series) 5. Night Guy

I'd have to go with 1: Kakashi vs Obito 2: all the of Naruto vs Sasuke final fight 3: Night guy 4: team 7 vs Zabuza and Haku, specially the Talk no jutsu part 5: Naruto and Kurama linking for the first time and also Kakashi mistaking Naruto for Minato in that same scene.

"I almost died, you bastard" THE STRONGEST! That says a lot coming from Uchiha Marada himself. Even the Kages didn't excite him half as much as Guy did! This reminds me about when Guy arrived when Kakashi, Asuma and Kurenai were fighting Itachi and Kisame. Guy was the only one who could've actually stood a chance. He trained as far as just looking at the feet movement. He's ready for every possible fight.

But then gai entered and madara started feeling excited and enjoyed every moment of fight Then he realised gai's potential and strength.... Honestly though I don't think anyone can even stand a chance against madara except gai and hashirama This fight was the most exciting for me cuz my two most fav characters were fighting 😂

When madara says guy is the strongest, for me that was enough to make me cry. In a way it validated everything that lee is Genuine hard worker. In the naruto series, i never connected with any characters except lee. He was the most human in a crazy series. To see lee sidelined in entire naruto shipuden and finally validated through his master is an epic moment in anime

Madara is one of the most well-built villain. Imagine making his debut in the final battle despite the number of episodes Naruto-Naruto Shipudden have. All we knew was he was the final boss and the strongest baddy (till Kaguya appeared) .

Most people are focusing solely on "Guy has no bijuu or sharingan", and I agree. However, what I liked the most is that Guy actually rebuke Madara' statement. Whereas Madara only thinking about himself, Guy (and by extension Hashirama and that monk from Sand) truly believes in the future generations.

8th gates alone could've killed Madara had Guy continued fighting longer, but the immense pain prevented him to do so. If that was what 8th Gates could do to a 10-Tailed Madara imagine if he had Hashirama cells to remove all the pain from his attacks.

Night guy should've put Madara in a severely weakened state, then he should've been betrayed by zetsu. Would've made it so a side character actually mattered and would've also made the betrayal make some sense power scaling wise, then Naruto and Sasuke could fight Kaguya with there new powers.

It may be true that Madara had referred to Guuy being the strongest Taijutsu user... but at that particular moment of the battle no one else could stand up to Madara. The Kage couldn't, Kakashi couldn't even Hashirama and Minato failed. So yes, at that time The Sublime Green Beast of Konoha, Guy Sensei was the strongest of all.

This was one of the best moments of the anime for me. Since the very first time I ever saw Guy appear, I knew he was one of the most badass characters of the entire saga.

"Yo, madara, te proclamo el más fuerte del mundo" Guy sensei, es sin duda uno de mis 3 personajes favoritos, y desde que Itachi le dijo a kisame que no lo subestime, me di cuenta que iba a ser un personaje muy fuerte. Y para que madara le diga eso, es sin duda el personaje más fuerte de todos. No tiene poderes regalados, no tiene poderes oculares, ningun bijū, ni nada. Todo lo que tiene es por su esfuerzo. Maito guy, el hombre más fuerte del mundo.

There is 1 moment most people seem to ignore. Kakashi saying: "This was Guys final move. What happened?" A Guy with a Sharingan could simply not follow any of Guys moves.

@@ishaanbhattacharjee1996 it depends on who he fights. If he goes up against the likes of madara and hashirama then yes he would get destroyed with ease. Against nagato and minato he would definitely put up a great fight but I don't think he could win. The thing about minatos is itachi wouldn't beable to touch him with anything in his arsenal. With nagato he could easily absorb anything that itachi throws at him and with is ability to push or pull he can control the battle. Both would be great matchups I can't denied that.
