It took a long time to write anything because of the pain. I talked to my wife on the phone she was on the 108 floor of tower 1 and I believe we said I love you 1000 times over until there was no longer a return I love you from her as I heard the tower falling and then nothing. Rest in peace my best friend and the love of my life until I see you in heaven. Our daughter looks just like you and we will always remember the love we had and the best times. I love you Brittany 😥😞😢

@@skoto8219 Each airplane cockpit is equipped with 2 buttons next to the seat of the pilot and co- pilot they can silently press in case of a hijacking. To buy into the " 4 jacked planes hypothesis" one must ask, why none of the buttons were ever pushed. The pilot of AA11 never contacted his flight attendant on a jack. Not one of the FA or passengers ever mention how jackers entered cockpit or their nationality. There is no engine noise heard on ANY of the phone calls. Ever. The FA on the calls are calmly telling someone the jackers are spraying tear gas in the cabin, but nobody is hearing coughing. The calm voices of the FA's, no airplane engine noise, and no background noises from people coughing or crying, are just 5 of 734 piece of forensic evidence there were no 19 jackers on board.

I was only 3 at the time, but it's heartbreaking to think that all these people woke up that morning, ate breakfast, kissed their kids goodbye, told their loved ones that they'd try to be home early, some probably rushed out to beat the morning traffic, some were just trying to catch a plane home or somewhere. They all left their homes with the intention of coming back. They all started that day with the idea that they'd be doing the same old, same old tomorrow morning. Like that just sticks with me.

I was 18 and a freshman in college on 9/11/01. I will never forget that day. I returned from my biology class to my dorm room as the second plane hit. It was so surreal. Everyone was afraid and very uncertain about what would happen next. It was a terrifying time, but there was something beautiful that also came out of that time. Americans came together in ways I've never seen. Race, class, gender didn't matter. We all came together as humans at that time and people were a lot more kind for a time.

I saw the 2nd plane hit on live tv as my English teacher turned on the tv during class and said that she thought we had a right to see what was happening. Imagine hearing these voicemails and realizing your loved one is never coming home. It’s gut-wrenching to imagine their grief as they left those messages because they knew they were going to die, but they were so strong so their families could hear them calm and know how loved they were. 9/11 may seem like “a long time ago” to some kids, but for the rest of us, it feels like yesterday. Everyone always thanks the emergency service officers who risked and lost their lives that day. My mind, however, is on the passengers of UA93. They did not have to make that risk. They did not have to sacrifice their lives. They could've stayed seated and given themselves a few more minutes of life. But instead, they protected the White House. They took it upon themselves to prevent yet another American landmark from being destroyed. The passengers knew that either way, they were dying, so they went out protecting the White House.
