Since I had the motorcycle the TPM sensors did not work, apparently they only last 5 years. Time to change the batteries but had not work for me so I got some from Amazon UK

Hello, I also have this problem, I have a 2017 GSA 1200, I replaced the battery with a 2032, but it didn't work, it's a 2050 cr, it has to do with battery amps, it doesn't pass information to the bike. Now I'm waiting for the cr2050 battery to permanently repair the sensor, then I'll let you know if it's ok. BMW replaced the battery to make it more difficult for owners to buy the sensors. 👍

I looked everywhere for the batteries but gave up in the end, instead I got two TPMS from Amazon for only £25 and working fine. I was worried that if will fail the MOT test because of the warning light on the dash. Thank you for your comment and let me know how you get on 👍

I think you put the battery the wrong way in. I just replaced one my own, and the negativ side was on the bottom. At 2:38 it seems to be on the top. I´ll post an update when I tryed the RDC tonight.

so does the EL-50448 tpms tool work for bmw motorrad sensors? All the listings I've found on amazon say it is for General Motors vehicle and nothing else o.O

I’m not sure but I have seen it work on some bmw mortorrad sensors. I hope it does but if I find out more then I will let you know. Thank you for your question and I’m sorry if I’m not much help..
