These exercises will help you loose lower abdomen fat. I do most of these exercises all the time. I saw fat reductions in the lower abdomen and bust line after 3 months. Stress belly doesn't go away for me.

@@briannasigns5751 see i am not an expert in ds....i practice yoga mainly.....n applying d same philosophy to this.....first strt with a set of three or five.....n gradually. As ur body adapts increase the sets....to maybe sets of two with ten in each... Correct me if m wrong See just if sm1 says do 10 sets....i wnt b able to do it d very first day.....d body has to ease into it...odrwise dr will b cramps... Ull b fatigued...demotivated n dn just stop doing it altogedr!

For those rely on comments. I have been doing this since 9 months along with 700 skipping and 100 JUMPING JACKS. I lost 6 kg. Its impossible to get flat belly in one month. That too for person like me who is mother of one child. So may few can get faster result than me but in a month its not possible. Also keep your diet in control.
@@truptichavan8717 morning breakfast normal tea and one paratha Mid snack roasted chana and peanuts Lunch for few months i cut down on roti and rice so use to have any form of dal, salad and regular green veggies (6 months i did it) but now i eat one chapati for lunch after losing weight Dinner i try to finish it by 8 Variation Oats Muthia Khichdi Bajra chamchamiya Besan chila I keep two cheat dinners rather than one full cheat day. Please stop misguiding people. There is nothing called as spot reduction. The fat evenly reduces from all parts in a given time, not from one part only. This definitely helps to increase core strength though
Ask me about it, it makes one feel depressed after watching these celery body types working their legs. Would be nice to watch big bodies workin' up a sweat, who I'll be able to relate to.
Butter Pecan sorry your feeling depressed, I can relate to you but please remember your Body is Unique to you and whatever you want to achieve Meditate on it and Relax even if you think it’s harder said than done. I too agree with the trainees that are selected. A Guy on RU-vid BullyJuice no he’s not a bully 😂his trainees are big built so he is a great encouragement. I came to the realisation I’m never gonna be slim like my Sister’s so I embraced me and took time in working on the areas bothering me my Legs, Bums and Tums and I do Abs Bootcamp with Billy Blanks, then the Doctors told me from a Blood Test I was PreDiabetic and had high Cholesterol so after a 12 week prediabetic programme , I got seriously motivated on my Training Regime, Drastic Diet change. Thank God I no longer have bad cholesterol and I’m reversing my diabetes. I have gone down from Size 24 to Sizes 14/16 and feel great at 55 years old so what I’m basically saying Motivate you beautiful self if you can and don’t watch anyone else as we all have beautiful body types and it’s how our body’s metabolism works. Jumping Jacks are good if you don’t want to do training, you’ll defo loose weight and get fit also just plain and simple walking every day 5 days a weekl You all Take Care and Keep well and just know all of us are our own Beautiful.💚💛❤️
These r very good exercises ,i have done all of these.gives good results after a month.Skipping is the best exercise from head to toe weight loss. During this exercise don't diet at all.Eat healthy normal food. avoid soda drinks and unnecessary sugar intake & junk food.
It looks so nice the summer weather. Its cold and cloudy here in Wisconsin. I dont feel like doig any workout during this time of the year. But these simple techniques easy to do. I believe this works it all depends on how committed people are and what they are eating.
Nice job on showing the exercises, but wish these videos would show how many to do (reps) for beginners, like me & if we should do it everyday, or skip days. That would be helpful
I am doing Jumping Jacks, High Knees & Skipping along with these exercise. My only problem is my appetite goes even stronger and I tend to eat more with not much difference in my weight.
The thing is that with only such excercises, the belly won't get "flat" if you don't spend calories and eat junk food! The truth is in the following three: 1. Good diet (Diary food, Fibres, Chicken, Fish, etc = Healthy food) 2. More cardio exercises (Long walking, Running, Cycling, Swimming, Rope Jumping, HIIT....) 3. Few of those ABS exercises (+Bicycle Crunches as very important one as well) + some additional legs' exercises (for the girls) and full body workout (for boys)!
Maine bhot 🏋🚴💪workout kiya. But mera fat reduce nahi ho raha tha. Koi result nahi. Or ab mane 15 kg weight loss kiya only 3 month me. Bina side effect ke. I feel happy😊
In every video the model is already lean & showing us perfectly performing each step.This is unfair.They shud choos some heavy weight female who is at starter stage of doing such hard work.So that gradually she wud try to encourage us that although hard but we shud carry on with such body shape n motivate us..
U can do ur exercise in any room to close the door further u can go for workout on the 2nd floor I am doing my exercises in these days on the second floor of my home becz that area is not in using everytime for everybody,,,,don't tell anyone that u r going to do exercise just go n do....

At least 3 sets of 10 repetitions for each exercise. Do not bend your neck during crunches. Increase repetition every week. Remember we cann not reduce only belly fat. If you a re overweight that total body fat must be removed first.
1 thing I had always noticed in all exercise videos the person who r showing the demo of yoga or exercise they r always slim. So such yoga and exercise r easy for them but very tough for fatty people So atleast 1 video should be their to show how a fatty person can start doing exercise
That is a good way to lose weight. But that skinny woman let the work out to look very easy but it's very hard for a fat person to do it. But it still can be done go on a diet do each exercise like 45 or 60 Seconds you can pick anyone in any order keep a open mind you Your Own Boss and you can doing it at anytime . And remember this one when I'd say be or go on a diet that don't mean to starve yourself. Make sure you get enough calories like 1,234 or a little more so you can burn more calories off you A.K.A weight loss when you decide to workout. Also you can drink alot of water to help to clean your system alot better so you can burn off toxic inside your body that also can help out alot.
