Really love this massage and do it regularly 2 3 times a week. It's more painful than the others but find it has really defined my face. This lady knows her stuff and face massages really work if done constantly. Obviously hated by the anti aging industry because they are free.
I’ve always had a flat and quite shapeless face, but this exercise has made SO MUCH DIFFERENCE. It’s not just sage reversal, it’s an improvement on when I was really young. Two close friends have thought I’ve lost with ( I haven’t) because my bones are more prominent. Thanks so much ❤

I truly believe I have finally found the person I have been looking for to help me with my skin. I am 72 but have been told I look in my 50s (genetics + relentless uses of tightening creams, collagen supplements, mind power + facial yoga. I am suspecting the yoga is doing more harm than good. My problem is I have managed to maintain the same youthful internal perception I had at 31. The conflict is between my internal perception of (self) and my physiological self. I believe the mind along with proper "hands on massage techniques can reduce chronological age appearance to virtually any state. Something tells me I have been brought to you for assistance.
I can relate to you, for my health and youthfulness is important to me, also. I am turning 69 in a couple weeks and have been told I am 50. Good English genes is a plus, for I am tall and we ate very well growing up, having English parents. I am Australian, btw. Proper nutrition is key. I follow the carnivore diet fasting daily. Also, daily exercise including weights. Aysel’s instruction is priceless.
I agree. I have tried 4 different instructors over the past 5 years and feel I have caused more hard than good. I started her neck exercises and am truly amazed that my neck is years younger. I'm sold.
I have found face yoga to really work and make a huge difference, is very important to do it in a way that is not creating lines and when you do it the skin have to be properly moisturised and after you have to release the muscles with massage or ghua sha

I have a cold and took cold medication last night. This morning my face was soooo puffy, and I could see the fat pads, especially around the labial folds. Step 3 reduced the puffiness greatly. And I look younger and refreshed. Thanks so much.

I am male, and have youthful skin. I have used Nivea and other fatty creams. As long as its fatty cause my skin loves it. I even used lard scented with jasmine for some time (amazing, oldschool, all-you-need-cream, if you are not too lazy to go find lard and make the cream). Nowadays I stick to Nivea and tretinoin (which I will stop using because I don't think its really needed if you take care of your skin and exfoliate already). All this routime since I was a teenager has Ied to having great, youthful appearance at 36... but... my cheeks have been a bit saggy lately. This massage litterally plumped things up. Also the effect of making the face symmetrical and "reseted". It affected eye muscles as well. It has huge impact. I had no idea we could reach those structures and that they were possible to massage. My head hurts a bit writing this and I feel the blood RUSHING in my face. It feels good. One more tip for a fresh look is medical grade sesame oil, one drop in each eye before bed. It does wonders. Especially if you wear lenses. Lets the eyes heal overnight.
