I've been doing this now for a few weeks and also taping at night. I have one deep vertical line between my eyebrows which has been bothering me for years. It is so much better already. I have to say, she says several times to do this "deep", but, if you're just starting out, you should probably lighten up or only do a few of these or do shorter sessions of each until you learn how your body responds to this. I did deep massage (not hurting myself at all at the time) but ended up with very bruised muscles afterward. It's been very sore for days. This is the third day & it's finally getting better. It didn't hurt at all when I was doing it & I wasn't "digging in" either. Just be careful! 😊

I can feel it under my skin, is it a residue of Botox or is it a a spasmed muscle? Gosh, I hope your massage will help. Anyways, will keep you updated about the results.

İ am 49 but always get estimated 27 to 30 years. Even though , I see a big differences in my jawline and mouth corners. I want to have a facelift done. But it's extremely expensive, I would have to save money for many years. Also I prefer not to have a facelift if these massages possible with face yoga help. Also, I have a somewhat hooded eyes. I have been to cosmetic surgeons. They say they will not do a upper eyelid correction, ever because I do not have excess skin. They say they will never do it because my eyes are a bit deeper in my eye socket. But I see the upper eyelid coming down to the point you cannot see my eyeliner anymore.
