Love this. Difficult but not so difficult that i couldn’t keep up. I have been lifting weights and working out for a while so that may also be it. Def feeling stronger
Personally I like to do these standing arm exercises by sitting on the mat. I don't know why but I can feel more of my back and arm muscles by doing these exercises in sitting position.
Like particularly no 4 for keeping arms strong and beautiful: so useful and nice control feeling when performing it. Will add a few of your new moves to my own workout. PERFECT 👍 👍 👍 AS USUAL. 🙏🎶💙🎶💙🙋🏻♀️🇬🇧

like your arm workouts, i have foot fracture so focusing on abs and upper body. going to get surgery, maybe one day you can do workouts for injured feet on floor...:) ie pilates, floor barre plus glutes and abs
Simply awesome and excellent workout. You are amazing. Your voice, your instruction, your ability to put maximum toning into a quick amount of time. You are indeed the cream of the crop with workouts like these.
These workout are really hard for me, so much that I canot do them completely. But it gives me motivation to keep going, maybe next time I will be able to do all of the exercices without breaks and easier variations.
I love all your workout and stretching videos, even as a none dancer. They are so well made! But in this one I miss the old "progress bar", i hope you'll add it again in the future ☺️💖
супер упражнения для меня ленивой, кто не любит много шевелиться и тратить много времени на упражнения, но всё таки ощущать тот самый огонёк после завершения. а если прогнать пару раз, чередуя с упражнениями на ноги, вообще 🔥!
I think it is hilarious RU-vid recommends me this video. I just do calisthenics, not ballet! I’m a man, I’m 40. Although I also do Tai Chi. So I know any exercise done with perfect form can give you a good burn. Cheers!
