I realised that I don't have to work so hard. I quit, and started giving time to myself and PPL around me. I love meditation with Monica Sehgal's Smiles team. I remain with my body, breath and mind for 2-3 hours. I m loving it and my life has completely changed. I teach a child of my maid. I feel that I don't need so many things, whatever I have is enough for next 100 years. I love saying thank you to each of my body part for being healthy and fearless. I am just happy to be here. I have seen a great shift in me... I resonate with 8 points except seeing the numbers. I am loving this new ME. I started reading a lot and want to disconnect from my old self which believed in Materialistic world. I always did everything to show off. I think I own some superpower in my own experience that I can guess what's going to happen and my intuitions are 99% correct. I am not fully there but moving every day close to the point. I resonated with all of them. I am so happy you made this video for all of us. I did feel alone , although I prefer my own company. Sometimes the energy of others can feel overwhelming. When I’m around others I can feel their feelings , which is good for a healer. I worked as a nurse and I could always figure out what was troubling patients. I love working with children.

All 9...it all started 2-3 months ago and I am on this path right now. It feels great knowing that I am doing something right and towards spiritual awakening. I wasn't a spiritual or religious person before but a few months ago I started to draw towards all these and read, watch, and research the real and right way to approach the GOD, and its been amazing ever since. I had a path since I was a child. I used to talk to nature as if everything was alive around me. But slowly, I started getting distracted with starting with family, work, and achievements. Realized that I get smacked once in awhile to get pushed insync with my path. I feel like there is a nudge regardless how much a deviate to get back on this path of unconditional love, kindness, and bhakti. HI, thank you so much for sharing this video with us. I truly appreciate it. Most of these things i've felt this way since I was a kid but could never make out the meaning behind it. But from a year or two i've been going through this spiritual awakening phase which is of course very lonely for a person like me who comes from a background where people don't believe in supernatural/psychic world and would call you stupid to believe in these synchronocities. It was started when i started studying Astrology and Numerology professionally and i had cut off from everyone, stopped hanging out with friends, restaurants & clubs seem meaningless to me as it was not adding to my growth. I had this routine of being silent in the first few and last few hours of the day. I had started to enjoy sitting under the sun and moon and realised how much healing energies they carry within themselves, to reading yogic books and eating only fresh homely made meals and most importantly a good water intake.. hope someone can relate and connect to this so they know they're not alone

Loved the points - resonate with all of them. Lost my mother last year after a prolonged battle with dementia. Very often when I am in nature, a sudden quietness descends on me and i feel she is speaking to me. I teared up watching this video cause I resonated with all 9 points. It did not happen overnight , it started around November last year after a meditation retreat by the beach. The transition has been so intense these past 6 months to a point that i am amazed and shock I’ve become this person that’s listening to chanting of mantras instead of party songs etc. I was exposed to a lot of spirituality, seva, nature and meditation as a child but got lost in the middle and hit rock bottom in all aspects of my life last year. The nine points are definitely something which I connect to. I feel like inwardly calm but restless and eager to experience Divine union. This world seems like a beautiful illusion and I feel constantly like I am learning, relearning and unlearning. At times I feel like a student and at times like someone with a bit of knowledge, yet I do not feel that I can ever learn it all or know it all. I am humbled by the vast, deep and infinite power of the Divine. I am awestruck with the beauty. Thank you for making such videos and providing further clarity. God bless you dear.

Hello Mam’, you explained the process in such a simple way. Thank you😊. 1. I have started seeing angel numbers. 2. Sometimes I am getting downloads in my dreams. I suddenly wake up and it’s 3am or 4.30am. 3. I have switched more towards simple and vegetarian food, although haven’t given up on non vegetarian food but am not enjoying it like earlier. 4. Have made new friends, some of them are spiritual. 5. Intuitions have become stronger. Can sense negativity. 6. Became more aware of my thoughts and stopped victim mentality. Have started accepting people in life are for a reason. 7. Am attracted to crystals but don’t know from where to fetch them😅
