Unknowingly, I follow many of the things Sister Shivani says. And yes, I have benefited from that ! I don't touch my phone for 1 hour after I wake up, just put it on for charging. In the night, I disconnect from wifi by 10:30 pm but leave my phone ON (2 mtrs away..not next to my bed) to take any urgent call if required. It is a conscious effort and it helps 🙂
