This is actually so wrong I drink so much water and it resulted in better sleep and much higher stamina and energy. I then observed my body when I stopped drinking alot of water I became less healthy and energy was super low....Not a hater but Bright sides wrong this time

Actually drinking water before sleep is said to be really good It prevents you from a sudden heart attack and it provides your body with all the nutrients for healthy and safe sleep I personally had a small kidney problem before but water is what helped me get rid of it and now thankfully,my kidneys are totally safe So I disagree
I agree with that, I think they ment thet ti is not healthy to drink a lots of water, like 2 glasses, one i ok. Apperently it can help you with remembering abaut waht you were dreaming of (or maybe you don't whant to remember that)
I listened to you last night and didn't drink (much) before going to bed and when I woke up during the night. I woke up three times anyway, was thirsty and got grumpy and now I woke up in the morning with a headache. Nope, that rule is not for me.
Frie Da maybe you should follow this regularly for sometime becz your body is habitual of getting a.particular amount of water daily ...when you change your habits, your body takes time to adjust according to them.

Most of the channels and experts says :::: Drink Water during workout.... Drink little little water sips between eating... Drink water before you go to sleep it's good for heart... I don't know why you said different things
During workouts in the heat, you should drink a little to keep yourself hydrated. Otherwise, you’ll throw up or pass out. But drinking TOO MUCH during a workout can have the side effects the video explained. I live in Texas where summers get around 115 degrees. You have to have water. But you have to balance it.
Bubbler Gt too much of ANYTHING is bad for you. I have a masters in nutritional sciences so have studied all this thoroughly. Its usually whats in the food that can make it toxic. I could argue dairy foods are good for you or carbohydrates. Its about having a balance. In fruits and vegetables there are nutrients such as vitamins and minerals that if you overdose; there can be fatal side effects just like there are side effects for deficiencies. Just search any nutrient overdose (e.g. folic acid overdose) and you will find journals and a list of side effects of nutrient toxicity. Not safely processing pulses such as kidney beans is dangerous due to the toxins.
Finally some people with healthy reasoning. This IS the Truth. People are forgetting more and more that the path of moderation and balance is the key to everything. Actually you are correct. As long as you don't drink a whole lot of water, you're fine. While you're sleeping, your body enters a state of "Cleaning mode". During this time, it does indeed need water for this. Don't let yourself dehydrate, but at the same time, do not drink way too much at one time. That's all they're trying to say.
The water during working out is real. I had an electrolyte deficiency and nearly died bruh. It was from drinking excessive amounts of water during training. My doctor told me if I must drink something to sip water or to swirl a big amount around in mouth. He also recommended that I drink Gatorade if I must have liquids .. I was staying away from sugars at the time but Gatorade truly helped.
You are not drinking too much water. Disregard everything you heard in this video. This channel is full of misinformation from poor research. They often leave out important details, such as the volume of water that is "dangerous" to consume. In short, to avoid hyponatremia, don't consume more than 5 gallons of water in a day. As if you were going to do that if someone didn't tell you not to...
In other video of urs....related to water..... I've just watched... U said any amount of water during eating does not dilute gastric acid...... In fact any liquid doesn't.... In your other video(can you drink water when you eat) you have told to drink water while eating but here in this video you are telling to avoid drinking water before, after and during eating good. What is the right thing n why are you contradicting your own statement?
I wonder why. I used to drink 10 bottles a day and had many of these problems and other things. It stopped when I stopped drinking so much. Maybe some people are more resistant to it. How long have you been drinking that much for?
The last 5 on the list are not bad because you drink too much of it, but because it is simply bad in general, it is equally bad to drink 1 cup or sea water or 4 cups of sea water. You guys are just stretching out the video with unnecessary points.
Last day I had a fever . My throat was paining like it need more water. And I drinked too much water . Even before going to bed I was drinking water but my stomach was full and I forcely drink that water . Abd then my heart was painig little bit . At night , I was not able to breath and I had to got to a doctor at 2 am . I wish I had seen this video before all this happened.
