I love Mexican girls.
The culture shock is real. I work with my girlfriend, she is from guatemala. We work with many spanish speaking men. I'm often bothered by the way these men stare at and annoy my girlfriend. She and her spanish speaking girlfriends seem to be fine with this behavior. I find it very disrespectful yet I know my Irish culture is much different and more reserved.
I'm a white guy married to a Mexican woman for over 30 years now. Other than the fact that this video is very accurate, I have to say this... Mexican people are very passionate and will sacrifice their own life in order to protect one of their family members or even their friends. Just imagine what it takes for a woman like that to respect her man. It's all or nothing because that's exactly what she'll give you. Just saying. ✌️
I am a U.S. born Puerto Rican living in Los Angeles. I speak Spanish. For some reason I was never in a serious relationship with Mexican women although I dated such. Most were not attracted to me. I never understood why. In the end I married a Spanish woman. She was U.S. born of Spaniard parents. I think there are subtle cultural differences among Hispanic cultures which can influence relationships. Such may not be overtly apparent.
I'm a white british guy and I have a HUGE crush on a Mexican girl in work. She's absolutely beautiful and she's cool too. She looks like Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Be a gentleman with her, make her laugh and show some chivery also show her that you have a good heart and she will be yours, unless she's married or has a boyfriend.
@@u.smarines1649 I agree with you. I am a Mexican American girl and I think that she will be yours if you do show her you are interested in her as well as what @U.S Marines suggest.
I'm a white guy with a Mexican woman. She's very protective over me and I love it. Plus she loves public displays of affection. Plus what I love about her she doesn't ask me to change she lets me be myself and honestly I've never had that in any relationship and she's very understanding. She doesn't try to stuff me in a box that I will never fit in. But the only thing that her and I have one problem in the relationship is the language barrier cuz my Spanish is very minimum and the way her and I talk is either through Google translate or her son or daughter translates for me
Vale la pena to learn some castillano! If you are bilingual in English/Spanish you've got the two most spoken languages on the planet, and they ARE related, maybe only something like Swahili is easier to speak a little bit. The feeling you get when you hear a song you've known all your life and for the first time you hear what the words mean- it's just too cool.
Good decent Mexicanas don't die their hair purple, they don't need pronouns or tatts,, they know all lives matter, they don't kill babies, they like their men to be men, they're not poisoned with hatred towards men, body count is a source of shame not pride, their moral book is based on Judeo-Christian values not the Cult of Latter Day Woke...
I'm an American white guy trying to win the affections of a beautiful modern Mexican American woman. I wish I had found this channel last year because ive already made plenty of mistakes. I believe there's still hope and this channel is definitely helping me a lot!
As a Mexican guy born in the USA. I gave up on dating Mexican women after dating a decent amount (25) of them and being told I'm "too american, not Mexican enough, and too nice for a Mexican man." So I dated everyone else black, white, vietnamese, Chinese, Brazilian, Haitian, and German now. I'm happier sharing my culture with others. No hate to Mexican women but, be ready for anything to go wrong and be like MacGyver and fix it. I would have if I saw potential in any of those dates. My mom really wanted me to be with a Mexican women so got as many girls to go on a date with me as possible.
I live in a very Hispanic town and most of my cliental and friends are Hispanic. I'm learning a great deal of Spanish by listening and not afraid to speak as much as I can. I've dated three Mexicans, two live in Mexico.. I love the culture and certainly want to marry a Mexican. It didn't work out so far but I'll keep trying
I’m a black guy and the only thing I’m being more aware of is when my girlfriend starts yelling at me in Spanish and sadly i learned so much Spanish just to know what she’s saying 😭
Thank god for Mexico's old fashioned values! That's a benefit not a problem. Sexual liberation has done little for North America with tons of single moms & a very high divorce rate!
I have only one request to mexican girls , Dont be silent :) but speak slowly till my spanish improves . At 100 words per minute i can only understand some words in spoken spanish . Por favor . disculpe , gracias :) Nice video
I watched this video and my Mexican-anerican husband was listening in. When you shared all the loving phrases he goes "oh yes, Imma cry now" 😂😂😂 guess he needs some extra love
I'm in a relationship with a Mexican girl but I'm interested in her i love her so much but i hate when other guys talk to her and the most guys that bother her because they low down people
Same deal with many people in The Philippines 🇵🇭. I live in San Francisco 🌉 I meet many Filipinos and Latinos. I visit The Philippines 🇵🇭 for many years including 2022, when I was recently there.
Not to compare but dating a Philippino was the hardest thing for me in the beginning..dated 4 years an it took me 3 years to understand her an her language...words do not meen what they sound like..most do but lots dont...but the similarities between Spanish an Philippinos are super close...family...actions..family..devotion to boyfriend..or husband...religion ( both catholic)... for me dating a Mexican would be a walk in the park..planning on moving to Mexico soon...find me a Hot Tamales...start life over....
I have a 50 year relationship with a large family in Yucatan. I now live among them and of course eat most of my meals with them, besides getting close with a real beauty. I suffered a mild heart attack a year ago and of course I regrettably had to change my diet a bit. These days I can easily attach humor with my passing on manteca y mondongo at the table! Me encanta tus lesiones! Muchas gracias.
Idk if it just me but I live in a neighborhood with a heavy Mexican population and I handle claim for California, 90% of my customers only speak Spanish. The men seem really nice but this is only a phone conversation of coarse. Just made me courteous.
I have no problem with public displays of affection. I can handle somebody being late. If we have a restaurant booking for 8pm. I would tell her it's a 7.30pm booking, or even 7pm. However, I have realised/experienced that dating somebody with a child means I am very low down in her list of priorities, this is universal not just Mexico. Great video
So... this is gonna be long... fair warning: From my POV as a Mexican single mother with a Christian/Traditional upbringing, yes her children are going to come first while you are DATING. However, I was raised with the idea that the husband is the head of house and he comes before the children. So, what men have to understand is that while dating, you are not her priority because you are just a boyfriend, which can mean very little depending on the amount of time you have been dating. The longer you can last in the relationship and the more committed you both get to each other, the higher you get on her list of priorities. Once you become HUSBAND, however, then you are someone important. Boyfriend, not so much. There is no reliability or guarantee of commitment with a boyfriend. Also, there is no shared responsibilities with a boyfriend. As a single mother, we are not only responsible for ourselves, but also another human being (which is a pretty big responsibility). Therefore, how can you expect to be #1 in her list of priorities? Once married, she can feel some relief because she will share those responsibilities with you and that will give her more freedom to place YOU (the man) higher. I cannot understand why men feel like single mothers should not prioritize their children over someone they are dating. They are wholly responsible for the life of their child(ren). They are not responsible for you (men). However, this does not mean that she doesn't WANT to place you higher in her list of priorities or that she doesn't want to be everything for you. It simply means that her hands are tied to her obligations to her children because they are her FAMILY. Now, if you completely fall in love with a single mother and think she'd make a great partner, then have patience with her and her situation. Have an honest conversation about how she prioritizes her children over you. It's very possible that she's unaware that you feel this way. If you or any man is not marriage minded, however, then I suggest avoiding single mothers altogether. Single mothers are looking for partners to share family/life obligations with. For the most part, they are looking for husbands and, in some cases, father figures for their children (in cases of absentee fathers). This is just my point of view, but I'm confident that I'm not the only single mother who thinks this way.
@@moscaonthewall Thank you for your thorough and comprehensive reply. I am very encouraged by your viewpoint, as it's nice to hear Mexican ladies' POV. Also from someone who has Christian values. I am originally from England, and let's just say things are very different there with regards to Christianity and marriage. It's why many Westerners look to date from other traditional cultures as divorce rates are so high, and 80% are instigated by women. Personally, I don't want to be the top priority in a relationship with a single mother, I have my own things I want to take care of. The lady I am getting to know is still waiting for her divorce to come through and she is in no hurry to get married again. The father of their 8-year-old daughter is present, which is great for their daughter, but he does not want another man living under the same roof as his daughter, and being a Father myself I get that. The lady in question says she needs to obtain closure, and we recognise the possibility she may never be ready to date again, aside from time constraints, ( she is spinning many plates ) her ex-husband may be the one great love of her life, and their soul-tie is very strong. You know some people only ever have that one soul mate. We shall see. I should be in Mexico in May, and I hope to finally get to meet her, and as we say "one step at a time" Gracias.
COMING FROM A MEXICAN MEXICANS ARE SO LOUDDDD AND HAVE SO MUCH ATTITUDE honestly on my dad side they believe in a women in a kitchen and a man working and my moms side is more nicer about it but they still kinda believe it Honestly I’m not mad about it but I do think that dads should be more in the child’s life and also help the mom
Hola Paulisma. I'm a Mexican-American born and raised in the U.S. . Can you point me in the correct direction so that I can better my spanish. According to my co-workers, who are 100% paisanos de Mexico, I am 80% to 90% fluent in spanish. I really want to be 100%. Any advice?
and I dont care about your families drama of who does and dont like who. If you got that bullsh-t going on and you all dont keep separated, then dont drag me into your soap opera!
This was so good. Growing up American in a Mexican family, I'm fully in touch with my femininity while also fighting a weird instinct to be macho, which doesn't fit the rest of my personality.
Gracias AJ! The macho thing right? It's so unfair! It puts unnecessary and ridiculous pressure on man even since they are of a tender age. Brutal. btw ... I'm fascinated by the Mexican American culture :) I love its endurance, its adaptability, I love mis hermanos mexico-estadunidenses de todo corazón!
@@PaulisimaSpringSpanish Yeah it's definitely a balancing act. I certainly have never taken offense to being called a pocho or a chicano. This is a wonderful channel that has inspired me to start speaking Spanish more to my wife and kids.
@@PaulisimaSpringSpanish you can't know because you're not one. It didn't matter how many brothers you have. Yeah sure it can be difficult but we can handle it.
My wife is Mexican. Her family migrated to Ca Ans mainly speak Spanish. Love them like my actual family and to be honest maybe more. Loving and good people with some killer food
I would never reject tamales. You're very pretty. I just met a Mexican American man and couldn't stay away from him. We watched the stars for four hours and talked. He lives far away and I hope to see him again. He didn't seem different than other men but I'm crushing so looking these sorts of things up. Thanks! 🌺
I agree, as my fiancé is A True Mexican. Not a Mexican American. As a Mexican American is different from the True Mexican culture and not the same as a 100% Mexican. Also my fiancé did say Mexican Women are very tóxica and they need to calm down. Yet he always respect still his people and never really bad mouth them. Just telling facts..As he dated Mexicans women before me.
I'm a Latino, Spanish speaker, but raised in Canada. I currently started dating a Mexican girl (I'm living in Mexico now), and these type of videos help with the cultural difference. Please make more of these.... Gracias!
I love the sense of humour she has and if I do get a Mexican soulmate in the future. I would be open to learning about her culture and customs. I like the sound of the Spanish language as well. Gracias Paulisima, please keep up the great awesome videos. I like the positive energy. I have subbed and I hope to make some Mexican friends too this year. Gracias Amigos. I want to learn Spanish, so I can enjoy the culture better.
This is so so true for my experiences. I mean I had to be in charge and lead everything but only when I was doing it the “right” if not she wanted to chime in on everything. Lol your in charge yeah right. Lol. The family thing was so much to handle. Not only that she has 3 sisters. So I was the go to for all guy advice. So I become a therapist. Then the hardest part was being super polite to the father but also showing him that I handle things in my home. The aunt told me. “You see those rams 🐏 on tv in the wild when they head butt? Just go with that attitude. But don’t disrespect him” lol 😂 then with her also never saying what she means. Always being quiet 🤫 and expecting me to know what’s wrong. It was honestly the most difficult and the most rewarding time of my life. I learned so much about myself also.
I honestly i love mexicans i have never meet much sincere and kindly people i am proud of were i am from but i am also in love with how you'll view life in general
I have travelled to Mexico many times, and you are right. Mexico is huge with distinct variations in behaviour of the natives. I am still wondering why no one ever told me it is important to learn Salsa dancing if dating a girl from Veracruz, and why in that region the girls say "eh ,eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh" as they are dancing. Which I have not heard in Chiapas or Sonora for instance, where they also love to dance.
Enjoyed the video. I am hispanic from Texas, to me spanish women are too bossy but that is coming from a family that expresses that concept. As far as morals and values I am Christian and many are Catholic so It was difficult for me to relate to them. Just depends on the individial.
Wow that's a great video, and I learned a lot of things. So thank you very much, and it was very helpful. And I believe that Mexican women are the most beautiful women in the world, and I enjoy dating them.So keep up the good work, and may God bless you and your family!
So sorry about that dear I wonder the joy most pple derive from drinking alcohol too much it's really annoying dear but believe me all men are not the same dear... Believe.
Awesome sounds Great and Love it... Spanish was my first Language because my Grandparents only speak Spanish to me they never Learn English... I miss them so much I called them Mami y Papi never Grandma or Grandpa...
It's a Mexican woman at my gym OMG I don't give AF I'll make a door an open it for her. She smiles at me I still haven't made a move her English is ok. Damn I trying to work up courage to say something to her.
Hi! Mexican girl here, well there are lot of negative examples, one could be the controlling behavior (specially the one that's soft in the beggining and then it becomes intense and it's clarely abusive) in every matters: money, time, friends they aprove their woman to have, the way she should dress up, many of them insists their woman left their jobs or profesions in order to keep them at home with the kids, that way she'll be totally controlled etc etc etc ... There are more but maybe you have an idea now...
the first thing i asked my latina wife is “do you have any babies?” ( cuz she has mad photos with a baby girl) her response “no,why you wanna be the daddy;)?” 😮 i also had a different mexican girl as my gf at the time but she was kinda yung. i’m 27 and i never thought i’d find a latina with no kids or baby daddy’s in jail.
I have an American friend moving with her Costa Rican husband down to Costa Rico. I know in Panama many husband's have a second wife & family...is this typical over there duk? Is it all Latino men...or just Mexicans?
I am a white woman age 41 from France and my longtime boyfriend who I have been for 13 years who is 31 he is a Mexican from La Mixteca Poblana Puebla Mexico. Yes I been to his small town that has a population of 1000. I have no complains about him just one thing tho. His family you can say they are modernized and have no convsertive mind his mom is a bit but open minded. He does not have a macho attitude or anything like that. The thing is I don't like is that Mexicans want to have a ton of kids. Hey I am 41 and I don't plan to have any children not today or in 10 years. I simply don't have time to raise a child I love babies but to have one 24/7 its not for me. Hes been pushing me the last 3 years or so to have a kid he says its time already and for me its not I say. Despite this his family is very modern. I mean modern in total its 5 children he is the only male and youngest. All his sisters are over 5'9 and they dress with fashion he is the only one that dresses normally and he only went to high school compared to his sisters who went to college and have careers. Honestly his sisters walk like models. All his sisters have foreign boyfriends none are latinos or Mexicans. You could easily mistake any of his sisters for white females. My father in law is 5'11 and my mother in law is 5'6 while my man is 6'3. His sisters are 5'9, 5'10 and 5'11 of them
Break up with him, please. You have different visions of the future. Any person that really wants kids but doesnt get to have them, will likely be bitter and blame the spouse for not having kids, or he will leave you once he meets a woman who will give him the family. I know this isnt happy advice, but its better you consider it and plan accordingly than to find out the hard way. Bonne chance!
As a Mexican, I can tell you that not all Mexicans want to have a ton of kids. That completely depends on the person. At least the people I know all have a different idea of how many kids they want or if they want any. Also, you mention his sisters can be mistaken for white girls when being Mexican is not a race. Most of us are mestizos a mix of white (mostly Spanish) and indigenous. I am 5’9, light skin with green eyes is not that I look like a white girl is that I am descendent of white people, It is probably the same for the family of your partner and a lot of other Mexicans.
I agree with Inconnu 49. You are not well matched. If you haven't already, you need to have an honest conversation with him about the fact that you NEVER want kids. He might think he can persuade you at some point. You need to make it clear to him so that he knows what choices to make. He seems to really want children and being the only son, it's kind of up to him to continue the family name. It might be old fashioned thinking, but making sure a family name doesn't die is kind of a thing for Mexicans (maybe not as widespread anymore though).
@@jackielopez269 so much for this short Mexican stereotype, lol! In Cancun I find this to be true plus in Cancun and other regions of southern Mexico as well as in these countries of Central America not only are a majority of Latinos and Latinas short they are usually very thin. But my experience in Chihuahua and Monterrey was the opposite on average for Latinos and Latinas because tall Latinos and Latinas are very common no matter if looking more European or more native. White Americans in the mid 19th century described the natives in northern Mexico and in the great Plains of the USA as tall and big boned people so this everything is bigger in Texas might have more to do with the native tribes of this region then with being European.
Ok, "White woman, age 41 from France .... Lol. First of all, you stalled long enough in the relationship to not even worry about having kids anyway .... Your door to that possibility closed a year ago at 40. This is "My personal opinion" but even a woman who is a "Career Woman" will set a small window aside to have a child because creating life, then to teach, nurture, and watch something so amazing grow into this productive person that you created is so self rewarding .... it's truly amazing. But to not have ANY CHILDREN AT ALL for the sake of They're there 24/7 is a little selfish to me. Yeah, it's "PARENTING". Lol .... Didn't know where you were going when you literally gave a height, weight and skin tone of ALL OF HIS SISTERS but I said to myself, "Ehhh, cut her some slack, she's French". Lol ... Oh, and BTW .... Don't know who said it, but they're right .... You're 13 years of selfishness and not wanting to give him A CHILD ..... Sealed your fate. It's only a matter of time before you get your walking papers ...
I am in the 10th grade and there is a Mexican girl in my Spanish 1 class that I like. But my best friend said that Mexican girls are picky on what guys they would date. So she most likely won’t want to date me. Is this true. And I’m white
Paulisima i have a question. I have over 80 classes on italki with mexican tutors, most are good looking women and they ALL tell me they would have no problem packing up and moving to the U.S. and leaving their family behind, which kinda confuses me if they are so family oriented, but i don't wanna ask too many nosy questions of them, lol. And i notice that you did the same und du lebst jetzt en deutschland. (my wife is from Germany, so i spoke decent German until i gave it all up to learn Spanish, lol)
I'm a white Southern Man myself and in my state and town there is a very high Hispanic / Latino population I have dated many women that are been the same race as me and I have dated outside my race nothing in this world that's worth having is easy Mexican / Hispanic women are everything a man could want. From their warm passionate heart they're outspoken independent interfire to me there is no problem too big I wouldn't happily workaround and compromise in order to have my own Latina Queen by my side when I met my first crush the first woman I truly feel for she was more beautiful than all the stars in God's sky that was the last time I ever saw my heart the wake up every morning next to a woman like this I could never ask for more I've been with women from different backgrounds but Latina women have been God's gift to myself just a cuddle up next to her play with her hair and remind her she's the greatest thing that ever happened to me would be a blessing someone I could have and show my children every day this is what a real woman is and how a man should treat her when it comes to arguments or disagreements my policy is I'm lucky enough to have her so she wins every time I live close to Atlanta in Georgia fingers crossed I meet my Hispanic dream girl the only thing I would ever ask of her as to see her smile
I love old school, but I not see it in the Latina. They seem very liberated in a bad way. Having said that, I love the ones who held on to it. I do not focus on sex, but romance and they are not the same. I love the Latina who dresses like me, normal, casual, comfortable. If she is comfortable, so goes I comfortable
Some mex women have poor education, and it shows in their interests, their goals, their conversation. I cant stand other mex women, im a mex girl but seriously they lack personality and intellect , im surprised american men find mexican woman dateable material . And i was married to an american guy who i had a child with but i was very young and stupid, for real!. Now i realized i had nothing to offer poor man 🤣🤣🤣 now im older i think i became more mature but now im focused in my goals so im not after a guy anymore for a while
7:21 Huh, you seem to complain about pretty much the same things that we complain about here in Texas. I get there is a time and a place, and sometimes it's best just to let a person vent their frustrations. They are likely already upset, and that is not the best time to start a lengthy conversation/debate (that would probably be very intellectually stimulating if they were calm) doing so could just trigger them to go on a longer and angrier rant. With that being said; it sort of has the same energy that you were upset about earlier "You're are prettier when silent." I don't like the idea that I should hold my opinions back anymore than you do. That's very unhealthy and stifling. I think that will eventually cause resentment towards a romantic partner. I personally think it's best to get everyone's personal feelings out in the open, because if their opinions cause serious friction maybe that's a good sign that person is not the one you should be with anyway. I don't expect my partner to be silent, and I am not going to be either. If anyone wants to date a white American guy hopefully they like to talk. Well with this one at least, because not many topics are taboo with me.
The title of this video is crazy…imagine wanting to date someone and them giving you a list of problems upfront that you are going to have to deal with..do you not see a problem with this
But you clicked on it así que funcinó! JK! Lo pensamos para las personas que están interesadas o ya están saliendo con alguien, y es todo con buena fe y con buen humor :D no es para tomarlo tan en serio
I’m glad you posted this! I’m Puerto Rican but all these rules are so true! Especially the men being hoes. Lmaoooo my grandpa and my dad were like that. And thank you for saying it’s hard to trust it’s not my fault. That helps a lot you have no idea.
I dealt with a Mexican and he was not passionate, a low-key liar, all he cares about was work. I really liked him but I didn't feel the same vibes so I unfortunately dismissed him and it wasn't on good terms.
the macho thing is every woman in probably almost every race... why so many women end up divorced they are attracted to mister macho, and often get mister nacho narcissist
Dating a girl from toluca. She’s Been here 5 months but we have been hitting it off. She’s what I’ve been praying for. She’s patient, kind, and very loving. I had a hard upbringing, she’s had a hard one too. So she understands me and I understand her. We protec each other.. But I have notice little differences that I actually adore lol. Like, she’s sensitive. So I’m careful about how I say things. And she’s very jealous. But not crazy gf jealous. Google translator is how we communicate but I love it. Love is the language we share. She doesn’t know it but im looking for a house for us to start a life in. I’m going to marry her within the next year. I’m 33 she’s 28. Both no kids. I’m black, she’s Mexican. Thank you for the cheat sheet. How can I donate to keep this alive? You communicate very well! Ps- I secretly have a Spanish tutor. She would be mad if she knew I’d pay for it but I’m dedicated and devoted. Haven’t had a love like this since us was 20.
Very interesting video! Explains why my former Mexican girlfriend was so distrusting without cause and constantly checking my emails and phone calls, which drove me mad.
Be very very very careful which old-school values you throw out the window. And be prepared to accept the consequence if your community becomes "modern". Among my community, I see a number of eligible men now looking to other cultures, in search of someone with old school values; and I see a number of modern women in my community complaining about this trend. They were not ready to Pagar los platos Rotos. I'm trying to increase my Spanish vocabulario, so I'll be taking a look at the lessons on your channel.
Hi, I'm an Indian boy and I love Mexican. I want to move to Mexico so do you guys have support? What is your opinion about this? And I like Mexican girls very much if there is such a girl. If found, I will shift there.
