This is the cosiest, nicest place ever, I appreciate how they arrive midnight to cook the bread. I love baking dough myself, I can fully relate to their passion and love for pastries. Amazing !

You must had been through difficult time to interviewed those bakers at odd hours. Anyway thank you for your valuable time on the video .. The bakery and breads look amazing. Here in India 🇮🇳no much importance is given to bakery about opening times and all. People's loved breads yet it is just absurd. Good. 🙏🤠🥸
