@@HighLanderPonyYT He's a demon hunter introduced in WoW: The Burning Crusade...this was the expansion where Illidan was the bad guy and kinda mental until they changed the story in Legion to "Nonono, he was just misunderstood...he's a good guy". Altruis back then was probably the only demon hunter that left Illidans side because...well Illidan was kinda the villain and the demon hunters goal was to destroy evil demons. He was imprisoned by the Wardens later on and in Legion he was freed along with his other old Demon Hunter buddies and joined the Illidari again, but still didn't really like Illidans ways.

This deck is pretty great at the moment. I just hit legend with a VERY similar build last night. With my particular iteration of the deck, I've got an 88% win rate after 8 games at Diamond 1 and legend level. I'm happy. =) Also, one of my games last night looked like almost identical to your first game in this video. That early hanar is sick... with pally buffs, mine was up to 9 hp, and I was dropping at least one secret a turn. So broken! :)

@@Willowisp927 No one seemed to care about it before the nerfs, now that it became the best deck of the exp, u everyone has to complain about it. Yes its rly good if your oponent cant remove it but like play aggro decks, they are all hard counter and spell druid as well. It comes down to that rogue does well against popular decks. Thats why its so good pll will play the counters ones they figure it out.

Master Trump! You make it toooooo easy. Hanar is who I need now? So broken. Video was so entertaining, talking to myself as to what I'd pick. I am currently and grudgingly, trudging Gala Dragon Warrior. I invested alot of my meager collection into the build. But Rogue is right there with only a few albeit costly components away from Your build. Nice job at the invitational too.

Just got legend with this deck. Put in a scheme card (the one that shuffles more copies of a card into your deck) for ultimate Kronx value. Shuffle lots in, then use galakrond to draw 4 for a heal 20 deal 25 damage combo

Altruis is one of Illidans illidari, I think Altruis got illidan captured by Maiev because Altruis thought that Illidan was doing a bad job as the lead demon hunter and so he told Maiev where he was and how to capture him. So in a way, this seems like something Altruis would do.

It's good overall but sucks against spell druid and against tempo DH it's average... depends if you get Hanar on turn 2. Reminds me of boring Prince Keleseth. Well it shits on res priests so I hope everyone else plays it.

It's funny how much quests have lost their value over the expansions. Warrior, Rogue and warlock completely disappeared, druid and hunter are less visible because aggro, Mage and shaman are somehow afloat. One day, quests will make a comeback.

1. Quest Mage, Warlock, Warrior, and Rogue were never viable (In Warlock's case it had a high play-rate but it's win-rate was abysmal). 2. Quest Paladin and Hunter were fringe decks at best (Quest Hunter was seeing more play as time went on) 3. The only Quest decks to take a hit were Quest Shaman and Druid. Quest Res Priest is still around (though this version of Res Priest is seeing less play as the meta develops) This only applies to standard now. Not wild (Quest Mage with Var' Goth is disgusting), sidequests, or previous expansions (Old Taunt Warrior and Quest Rogue)

Ive been playing this deck for A WHILE now and i can honestly say that its all about the mulligan believe or not , especialy when you play against hard match ups like dh if you dont get a good starting hand you are pretty much screwed unless you manage to stay alive till mid to late game so you play the tempo with gala , heistbaron etc . i have 60% win rate with this deck and its that low because of all the demon hunter decks out there. still i manage to climb to platinum so its not that bad.

Yeah, not sure I agree with Trump saying it was a 'good' matchup. Playing this deck since day 1 and I definitely dread my DH match-ups. Totally agree with the mulligan though, Hanar + secret going second slaps. Still stuck a couple of ranks below legend though :(

@@jackcarrington2932 Congrats on reaching that high though , i cant get past platinum 10 :) the thing is hanar is such a target if you play him on first round + coin or second round the opponent will do anything to destroy it , once i got dark skies just for hanar .. to be honest the deck is pretty bad against all board fills , you only have flik and kronx and till you reach the point where they are playable you compromise with lackeys backstad etc.. i dont know overall its a *good* deck but i dont find it consistent.

I reached legend with this deck, but that was before it got famous. Now everything is nerfed and suddenly people think this deck is broken, lol. IMO it's good if you've mastered the deck and know what to do in specific matchups. Overall it fixed the early game issue of galakrond rogue by adding secrets, and also that 1 mana minion is a better version of sap. Against DH you always have to maintain board control, otherwise you're screwed. Backstab is a must.

16:45 i think trump missplayed that. You go backstab in to wand now you get two 0 mana cards that can be eviscerate, invoke card or galakrod, stil have 6 mana for decimate if he drew galak or to do the play he did

Problem is: I easily ranked up to diamond 2 with Galakrond Rogue. Since then, enemies started to beat my face up. I finally managed to get legend with warlock instead, but at higher ranks, rogue doesn´t seem to good for me.

Ok lay it out for me. He has 7 mana to do 12 damage. 2 eviscerates 4 damage each for 8 damage and 4 mana. Rush lackey for 1 damage and 1 mana. Damage lackey for 2 damage and 1 mana. He has 1 mana left to do 1 damage. How?
