See, this is one of many reasons Ryan is such an excellent content creator. He's got four separate stories going on here. He's got the 90s guy worried about how he dies, he's got the reporter guy wanting to be replaced, he's got the Lois guy just a sort of passive bystander who wants to buy the old tree house, and the future AI(?) or ghost(?) Ryan who wants some human flesh and all these stories are interwoven and pulled off in 4 minutes.

Hahah that treehouse listed for 2.3 million is pretty accurate. There’s a parking spot around here in a garage, with a hose connection, listed for 700k. Yes, a concrete rectangle with a water connection which only a two people household with decent salaries could get a mortgage for, what a time to be alive

The way he plays with different eras and historical events is so clever, and his comedic timing is spot on. I loved the hilarious twists and turns in the plot, especially when he goes back to the future to report on a ridiculous new trend. Ryan always manages to bring a fresh and hilarious perspective to every topic he covers, and this video is no exception. And AIDS destroyed the LGBTQ community, while his administration was recorded making jokes and not giving a damn until it had killed far too many people? Yeah, it had some good music.
