911 First Responders: LA mod - Mission 5 Playthrough (glitched/uncompleteable)

NOTICE: It turns out that I had forgotten I messed with this mission in the editor. It's my fault it couldn't be completed.
This mission is uncompleteable, or at least for me. Don't ask why, I don't know yet (another problem for me, YAY! -_- ).
Anyway...
This is just me playing the fifth mission in 911: First Responders with the Los Angeles mod. I also have the "Additional Units" submod installed.
I finally got the audio/sync issue resolved, which is why it's been a few days since I could upload this. Framerate is still a bit choppy at times. Sorry people, I'm looking into it.
These videos are not a guide to %100 completion or best times or whatever, they're just showing the mission itself.

Well, you beat the mission script^^ You are suppose to build that secoundary bridge while the rest of bridge collapse...if so two more cars with two more victims need to be towed out of the water. But hey, you saved two hospital bills ;)

@bostoncoke Like I state in the description of the video, I use the "Additional Units Submod." As the name implies, you'll recieve more units to use when you install it. Go to the LA mod subforum on the Emergency Planet website, it should be posted in there under submods. Fun fact: These vehicles are already in your game, they just aren't enabled (all the mod does is enable them for use).

He had an accident because he was asleep and the bridge was supposed to almost fold but he was not seeing that there was no folds to cross.

I thinl i know what's the problem:you have to wait till that part of the bridge collapses to get the remaining cars.You just need to wait,try it again and wait longer this time;it works then could you reupload the video?

@KingLizard107 You don't actually NEED it, I grabbed it since I can have 5 paramedics come in one vehicle... and also to get the occasional bit of variety to show off the different vehicles.

@dorry18 There's no need to get them out of the water if you get the people out of the vehicles before they fall in. It only says to build a pontoon bridge as a hint on how to get to the other side. The hints are designed for normal Emergency 4 units (you don't normally have helicopters that can transport personell to get the people out of the vehicles and the injured accross the river). I've taken a look into the mission via editor/scripting. Bridge is not required to complete the mission.

@mastercheif3349 911: It's the same. For your information: 911:First Responders is the title for the North American release (since it was released under a different company). Emergency 4 is the title for everywhere else. No actual changes to the game.

@resmailzadeh It's from the Additional Units submod. You can find it at the same website that you download the LA mod from.

You need to get the Additional Units submod. Last I checked it was in the LA mod subforums on the Emergency Planet website somewhere.

@MultiMRROCK It's not available on this mission. As you progress further into the game, you "unlock" more units to use on the mission. Simply put, the later the mission the more units you have available to you.

dam i have la mod but i dont have the usgc dolphine i only have the jayhawk and i dont have the national guard medic humvee or the large ambulance hwo did u get that???????????

@DutyCalls2012 No offense, but I think you are TOTALLY misunderstanding copyright laws there, dude. :D If it's on the internet available for the public to download, then it's perfectly legal. Then again, I can't blame ya for misunderstanding it. Some of these copyright laws are getting out of hand...

ok i am a trained firefighter and dont send so many ambelnes because wat if there was a huge fire with injures that needed transport

@DutyCalls2012 True. ...but still, the whole copyright thing is WAAAAAAY out of hand in my opinion. it seems like they care more about making some extra money off of sueing someone and getting publicity out of it than actually protecting thier work (at least that's what it seems like in a lot of cases).

There is a mod installer in the game files. Or there is a installer in the pack itself like the LA mod just run the program and it will install it.

Same version as anyone else, I just have the Additional Units submod. Basically, any unit I have that you don't is from that submod.

@nosterify Do you mean in total or how many I had there at a time? In retrospect I should have had less at a time, but I needed that many in total because of how the game is made. Besides, this is a game, not a full-blown simulator.

Nope, it's 911 (which is the number dialed for emergency services in the United States). Try looking up the game's title. 9/11 refers to a date and an event. Neither of which are depicted in this video or in the game.

When i try to run the LA Mod 2.1v It says"Could not find a valid installaton Or a place to find a spot to install"!

That happens to me every time too. Since I have Emergency 4 (the steam version) and every time I try to install the LA mod it gives me that exact message.

I know how to complete it. Like I have stated in the description, it's my fault it couldn't be completed since I screwed it up in the mission editor (I somehow managed to make it so you couldn't do that).
