Gary I'm sure you're not aware of this but you accomplished two things today! You made me happy as hell I don't have to go buy a press and you taught an old dog a new trick! I knew about freezing the bearings in fact those bearings have been in my freezer for months but I never thought I would be able to push them in by hand! Great tip! I have a shop full of tools from parts washers to bead blast cabinets, welders. I've got everything I need to do a good job on most anything but I never bought a press because I knew it would be in the way most of the time. Thanks!
Gary THANK YOU for both of your videos regarding the rear hub replacement. I watched both of them repeatedly while doing my 5 lug swap. Your videos were very helpful and easy to follow! Keep them coming!!
gary, you left out the only hard part for me, getting the hub back on. you just skip it in your video?????? my axle threads don't reach out far enough to get the nut on and yours just magically skips on.
