How many washers goes on the outlet side? 1 under the hose, on top of filter. And how many with bolt on top of the line?? Im running stock lines on my 93 still
You got it correct. One new crush washer on the under side of the exit line and one new crush washer above it so the washers create a seal when you install the pass threw bolt. Thanks for watching and please like and subscribe.👍
@93dajjdg i changed mine but i put the old washers in because the new filter did not come with new crush washers. But its hella leaking fuel between filter and hose where the washer is. Someone told me maybe im not tightening enough. But know im thinking its the washers
@@anthonymadrid57 You can pick up some new crush washers at autozone. Just ask for help and I personally would bring a old crush washer for size comparison and would suggest copper crush washers. They are softer then aluminum and in my experience seal better. Good luck, again please like and subscribe.👍
You should depressurize the fuel system before any work is performed. My car was parked for a while and didn’t have much to any pressure. Thanks for watching and please like and subscribe.
@@93dajjdg yea i just replaced my filter. Then my fuel pump wouldn't prime. Did I put the fuel lines back on wrong? Dont know if that could be the problem
@@mrhatchyK24 If you have all the original lines on your vehicle and you some how managed to install them incorrectly on the replacement filter that’s impressive.😂. I’m guessing your pulling my chain but if for whatever reason your not trolling I would look for a blown fuse. Again thanks for watching and nice hatch.👍
