A little update on the travels you get on the PM-940 CNC.
You get
29" for the X
13.8" for the Y
18.5" for the Z
I do CNC ball screw kits for the PM-25, PM-940, PM-30 and the G0704.
On all the kits I re work the double ball nuts for lowest backlash.
I have most the parts in stock. Feel free to contact me or ask questions.

Thanks for sharing, nice work. You mention a chip pan for the 940. using the same base? how did you attach it? I' like to see a video of the pan.

V1 leaked because all the glue would dissolve from the coolant. V2 was going to be welded but I added a large area at the front for chips so now I have V3. It will be welded with my new A/C Tig. V3 sits at a angle and does not rest on the table. Its a bit of work to get it done.
