Here's the High-Grade 1/144 scale Gundam Vidar! This awesome antagonist Gundam looks the part and the kit is pretty great as well. A little sticker heavy and a couple rough seams, but overall a winner!

if you want to have the handguns mountable in the skirts, u need to remove the existing gun handles and use the extra polycap(the rectangular one), cut the side of it so it'll look like a clip and glue it into the side skirts. You now have a mountable handguns

I think the thing I like most about IBO mobile suits are the non-beam based weaponry. Perfect for somebody who is not very enthusiastic about the clear plastic parts. The dual pistols are a bit plain jane though, I wish they'd make them slightly more like the Vidar's rifle in their design.

I’ve recently built the FM vidar and it’s nice to see all of the differences, like the dual pistols in the FM kits actually are stored there and they can be taken out. It’s a cool little detail

I just saw the news myself. gundamkitscollections, I think. There's also going to be a new Super Fumina with wings, but I don't think they addressed any of its original issues.

i know its an HG thus much cheaper, but the handgun handles are molded as a part of the skirt armor pieces? instead of being the actual handheld separate pieces stored in the skirt via holsters or clips? if we pose it holding the handguns it will look like the Vidar suddenly has four handguns, two used, two stored, which is a bit funny, that along with its spare Burst Sabers permanently molded together.

I'm pretty disappointed with this kit and it's my own high expectation. I really like the design, but those are some rough seam lines to deal with for painting if the frame is the same kind. Gonna have to wait for the 1/100 and hope it's better made. Good review as always Zack, thanks!

I'm getting tired to see the same frame over and over again....I know this save a lot of cost but...yeah. Its kinda boring to be honest. And bandai wants to keep the low price point so hollow spaces and simple parts separation are unavoidable.
