Very in depth tutorial. I have learned quite a bit watching your videos. Im currently revamping my '06 YZ450F and your vids have saved me a lot of aggravation. Thanks for taking the time to do all of these instructional videos and for doing them so well.

I've ridden a 2007 CRF250R with full FMF, it sounded good and had good power mid-top.

while you have it apart, it,s a good time to clean all the rubber parts and wipe em down with 303 or armor all preservative, cause after a dirt bike is a few years old it,s impossible to get new rubber parts for them. good vid.

great vids matt, not sure if you can help but which is the better exhaust pro circuit or fmf, and why is it better eg performance sound its for a crf 250 getting a full system

Great video. I know this was done a few years ago but very helpful on the build I am currently into with a 2001 KX 250 that I am into. I subscribed to your channel as I am sure I can learn a lot . I have a few bikes that really need to be gone through and maintained among them are a 2003 KX250, 1996 CR 250, 2012 KX250F , 2012 CRF250 and a few others that have been sitting for awhile. quick question, what do you have your bike stand sitting on to elevate to that height ? seems like you something rigged up to bring the bike up to a elevation that comfortable to work on along with being able to also strap it down. Looks like a setup that I would like to use. Thanks again for the videos. Looking forward to many more from you !
