I tested 99 and 91 and 87… 99 is godlike. 91 barely feels different other than some missing HOF badges… 87 should be the minimum for that gold relentless. I’m still dogging people with a 80 layup. Definitely still a skill gap though… can’t really mash like that unless your slithery, two-step or bunny is up there in level
So do u think it’s not worth it to go for a 91 lay to get slithery gold or did it feel like silver and gold were practically the same bc I’m tryna decide between an 87 or a 91
i mean it depends on what else you are trying to get. I would rather be more well rounded than focusing on 87 vs 91 layup. But if u can get 91 layup and not sacxrifice anything else, do it.@@Shadowmeister617
I made a 6'10 with a 96 layup and yeah, only way I'm missing is if I mistime it or literally get it blocced. No such thing as contested especially at 6'10 😈😈😈
Until the 7.0 paintbeast with interior and block and strenght comes and you pump into it and miss everything u wanna do ! But since there r not so many out there atleast in park , well then have fun.
I tried to go with high layup last year but 2k23 was horrible for layup, 92 layup on a 6’9 and I would miss everything but a open layup. This year though it’s crazyyyy
@@acking1502 I made him a pg cause I didn’t see any difference it actually went very well I find layups more op than dunks cause you can force so many bully animations n there also a lot fatser to trigger. I ended up making 3 builds with layups I have 5 builds in total one in purple rank and the rest are gold rank. The purple one is a layup lockdown with 83 three and he’s very fun to use. My advice would be get a decent 3 to where u can hit and maybe consider a midrange to make your build very versatile.

Ik you probably already made it but that don’t sound bad the highest I’ve every went with layup attribute is 88 for the Kobe layup package and with that I felt unstoppable the bron layup package is also good. But with 97 u get all the great finishing badges I just spread my points out a lil more

Irl floaters are painful for defenses. I punish defenders with floaters and runners. Frees you up for blow-bys and 3s because they have to respect the mid

Bro why you had to leak the sauce this was my cheese as a 60 overall floaters are broken it’s automatic green everytime the release meter is huge no matter what your layup is even if you shoot a contested floater it’s still green.

I remember when people used to play this game and practice to get better. It used to be fun to try different styles of play, and strategies to win… we used to figure these things out on our own, all the while getting better at the game… nowadays everyone needs a RU-vid content creator to teach them how to play.. everyone wants to do the same things, at this point this shit is getting whack. 90% of the community has never even touched Play now. Have never even played a full team controlled game. Everybody just wants to have 25 Hall of Fame badges, 300 boosts, 99 overall just to be decent. Remember when you had to move the ball around, and use actual strategies to win? I promise you guys are taking the fun out of this game.. this shit is just not the same anymore.. can you imagine if one of these guys had to play with an actual team? I don’t know man I miss the game actually being competitive. Everyone acts like there’s literally only one game mode.. my career is cool and all but if you can’t beat me in play now you’re not good at the game to me. If you can’t beat me using the actual players, then you’re not that good. you guys keep getting these 99 builds with pay to win, skill boost, overpowered badges, and glitchy animations and think you’re good at the game
