Great video on an oddly arguable subject. 9mm just isn’t 40, but it certainly has improved significantly as the difference would have been much greater just 10 years ago.
@@jacktheshark7440 i understand that. I personally daily a glock29 chambered 10mm. Own a kel-tec sub 2000 in 40, awesome gun imo. My point, you sound like Gru. Not a bad thing my guy. You got a sub from me. Keep em' coming.🤙
How can you compare 165gr 40 bullet with a 115gr 9mm bullet the weight difference is major? If you would have use a 124gr 9mm bullet it would have penetrated just as much if not more then the 165gr 40 not a fair comparison 🤔
I can tell you I don't know nothing about bullets, its the perfect match up, using the lower grain 165 40 instead of 180 grain wouldn't make sense against a very light 115 grain, and if you use the 124 grain he would have to use the more heavy 180 grain 40 you don't know anything do you, you just trying to get an advantage because you hate the fact that 40 can never be beat by 9 mm get over it already sheesh 🙄 what do you want him to use 155 grain 40???? That's an uncommon round and more of a specialty round for 40. He's using the most two common rounds that are sold 180 grain 165 grain for 40 Cal and 124 grain 115 grain for 9 mm do the math, it's a bigger round then a 9 mm what do you expect!!?? For him to make a 115 grain 40 Cal!???????!?? Weirdos y'all need to go find a 380 versus 9 mm that's more in the range of a 9mm so you can get your feel good on. Can anybody who knows anything always knew 40 had better barrier penetration than a nine, meaning after it went through the barrier penetration is still had enough on the bullet to do its job, there's some 9 mm that I do good penetration but it won't do its job at the end............ Big ass difference.40 cal for president!🎉
Debate ended, .40 is clearly better than 9mm on wound cavity and deeper penetration. No overly exaggerated argument to substantiate the 9mm as the king of all handgun rounds. I have nothing against any caliber, all can wound or kill, but I have grown tired of the arguments about how 9mm is just better than any other round in a nutshell. Preference is one thing, but science is another.
Bé, les bales han d'atravessar cossos, no 6 planxes de metall. El menor retrocés del 9 li dona un lleuger avantatge tàctic. Dit això, estimo els dos calibres.
40 also has the advantage of the practice rounds feeling the same as the carry rounds. If you train with practice 9 rounds you better also practice with your hot loaded 9 carry rounds too.
Vorrei capire? Allora il cal. 40 sw, è stato più penetrante del 9mm, in questo caso? Lo Consigliate c difesa personale? Vorrei prendere una Glock 22 in cal. 40sw, in 5^ generazione FS.
