Usually it is completely dependent on the players in the blinds. If they are fish, never raise. If they are good, raise. WP as always.
I think the OOP double barrel is quite underbluffed there, people get a bit gunshy with the paired board, and so much of my range that can continue. Think of it as a tournament that never changes blinds and you can leave at any time As a handshake agreement, when you leave the tournament, you can unregister and get your buy in back at a one to one for regular cash
