A 48hr session on Stubby Leas in search of my first fish. 

You join me here on a 48hr Carp fishing session at stubby Lees with a Neil a good friend of mine. With this being my 2nd session on here after blanking on my first I was crossing my fingers that my luck would change although being mid October I realised it wasn't going to be easy.
On this session I was very aware that I had little experience of the lake and had very little knowledge of the lake bed but also had in mind that I didn't want to disturb the bottom of at least disturb it as little a possible. I started off with a chod rig on my left hand rod then set up a solid pva bag with 14mm water on my middle rod. I used an inline lead on my right rod with a long hook link with a wafter presented on a bait screw German rig style, I used a nugget to enable a really slow sink rate in order for it to settle on any thin lying debris should there be any present.
