Commenting on the topic of her voice, we do live in a time of the "aesthetic". Remember when Paris Hilton and Nichole Richie had their "baby doll" voices that they literally called "their baby doll face"? It supposedly represented the affluent L.A girl. She is making a name for herself and doing quite well at that, it may just be something she's doing to set her apart or stand out. Like " her thing" that's hers or to be known for
I think it’s really SAD ALL THESE ‘WOMEN’ in the comments are attacking her VOICE! I know SO many of you are NOT USED TO hearing a feminine voice coming from a feminine body.
People are just being honest. Her voice is not at all pleasing. Not saying she’s not beautiful. Her product recommendations are actually great. But if you have to present yourself publicly, you need to speak in a more professional manner and this includes the tone of your voice. This is not your 10-15 y.o. youtube channel. People have to start taking criticisms for self improvement instead of just being sensitive and taking everything as a “hate” comment. Nobody is hating on her whole being. Just her voice...and her concealer white cast.
Ricca Shaps sadly honesty is often subjective when it comes to those who like to criticize. If this is the actual voice she was born, there is nothing she can do about. I do like how you provided a solution and not just a complaint.

If she is a professional whose job entails speaking in public and presenting herself in the media frequently then she could train her voice or manner of speaking in a more professional way. This happens all the time to different jobs in different industries that require themselves to present in a certain manner an that includes the voice. If customer service agents, sales professionals, and the like are trained to act and speak in a certain way. I'm not saying she is not good in her craft but there is always room for improvement and this includes listening to your viewer's feedback. It's just part of her job! Nothing wrong with finding a balance of trying to be yourself and being able to adjust based on the task at hand. Isn't that what it's supposed to be? Stop being offended and start listening.
