Reminds me of the story of the guy who gave his son a car... they went out and picked the car and all... then at his kids graduation he gave a bible to his son and said this is everything I wanted to give you.... the kid lashed out and left... years later when his dad was hospitalized he went to visit, he decided to go and help clean his parent's house and he found the same old box that had a bible in it, he decided to read it and there in the first page was his dad's message to him(I forgot exactly) saying I hope this guides you to keep on the right path and this car would take you where you need to go... then behind it was the key to the car they picked, that his dad kept in their garage all those years... it was well kept and clean... LESSON HERE! you don't have to beleive everything but at least learn to follow what your parents say... they might have something in store for you there...

I agree with you about Athiests needing to respect that some people have faith and that it isn't a bad cause if it gives people calm and a sense of being and a greater love for others, then more power to it, but the thing but disrespect is going in both directions, here.

I love Kevin Hart, but this really goes to show how the world sees God. Now that he's making tons of money he has no need for God. I've had it all myself, good money, a nice car, my family blessed with a nice house, education. And none of it mattered, I wasn't happy. None of this stuff made me happy. Now that I look to The Lord for guidance and strength I've never been more at peace with myself. And I know if I stay faithful to Him, I will always be blessed! I pray that we all come to know our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

I'm sorry but too much has happened in my life to not believe in God! I pray people will wake up to what's really going on in the universe! People want to put either religion or science above God and we've got it all backwards. This existence would not be possible even from a physics standpoint without the hand of the almighty Creator behind it! And those who do not believe mock Christians for their beliefs. Truth is, we the human race have made a mess of things and we think we can fix ourselves or become gods on our own accord. Silly humans...

As soon as I saw the checkes fall out of the Bible, I would have started reading it right away out of respect for my mom, I would have been overwhelmingly motivated at that point.
