Join us for our first vlog back in the uk with our family! In this video, we talk about potentially moving house back into a new build, we go and view a Taylor Wimpey 4 bedroom house, bring you along for a family Nandos and give you an update on the boys milk ladder journey!! They have almost passed it and can now eat foods that we have dreamed about them eating for years. Let's hope this is the end of their cows milk protein allergy.

@@fabandelldo you want a house or a home? A home most of the time is messed up specially with toddlers. A house is an object a home is where family is and your loved ones. If you don't make a home from a house it can be old or modern you won't feel better.

I’m a new build fan, after 3 beautiful but cold and drafty and nothing lining up Victorian houses I moved into a new build and I’d never buy anything else now. Take us round all the show homes with you!

Haven't watched this all but don't move! Your house has so much potential and you can do want you want to it over time 👌 maybe consider moving the stairs to make the lounge feel cosier or get an architect in to give you some ideas? new builds have smaller plots and aren't built to last like older homes 😅 your house is so nice xxx

I can’t believe how big the boys are getting! Time passes so fast. They are both adorable and very smart. I love the new build that you looked at. The only thing that I wouldn’t have in it, because we live in Florida where we drag a lot of sand in the house and also pollen and dust, it tends to get down deep in carpet and really aggravates my allergies. We switched over to wood floors and that works much better for us. So glad that you are both back home and safe. I would love to see two videos a week. Hope all of you have a wonderful weekend. Hey! We live in a Taylor Wimpey Shelford which is the exact same layout as the one you say you like and have the leaflet for in this video (not sure if they’ve changed the name of the house type as ours is a few years old). But I just wanted to say that the layout and size is PERFECT for family life (we are a family of 4). Ours has double doors opening from the lounge into the dining area too - I think some Shelfords do and some don’t but we love them, then there’s enough space for a big dining table and also a sofa to the far side of the dining area which we use as an extra ‘zone’ and perfect for sitting and looking out at the garden. Excited to see what you decide and to follow the journey! ❤

I also love new homes! I love to go through the models and see how its decorated. I haven't got a single cell in my body that knows anything about decorating so that gives me ideas. I'm also like that with cars. I have always bought new because of the warranty and if you're lucky, it's not a lemon. I recently had to buy a used vehicle, so far, it's been good. Keeping my fingers crossed it stays that way! I honestly don't think your boys could get any cuter! I love watching them grow up. You both are such amazing parents and a role model for any new parents out there. I'm super excited to see more than one video a week! The challenges sound like loads of fun. I enjoyed watching the cooking one, that was so funny! I hope you both feel better soon (ears). Hugs and love from California!

Love your videos, we are about to move into our new build on the end of June, we had an older house before that needed work doing to it and i t felt everything we did was so much hassle and never looked right. I much prefer newer builds, least you have time on your side if the next phase is not due till 2025. Loving the fact of two videos a week!!!

I have to say I was so surprised at how grown up the boys looked this week!! They seem to have suddenly had a growth spurt and their speech is so cute! They are very clever. As for the house, I love your home but it’s really only a decision for you guys, nothing to do with us and as u said u arnt rushing into it, wait and see a bit further down the line. You can tell how much time you spend with them too as they are definitely very advanced in a lot of ways so well done both of you, it’s hard with one but 2 together , u deserve a medal!!! We’re in a Canford & followed you guys since you moved into yours. So excited to see more new builds because I agree with Ell. Love a new build, all the warranties & guarantees, choosing all the options included in the house price unless you pick premium of course is just such a security & peace of mind 🙌🏻 If the stamp duty & fees weren’t such a pain we’d upgrade asap!

Dear Feb and Ell :) Hello from Malta. Just a small suggestion - I would. not sell the house if you don't have that much trouble with it especially after having fixed the gym and the kitchen. Newly built house repairs might take ages. You are very lucky people because people here in Malta can barely afford a 3 bedroom apartment. Anyways continue being yourselves because you are two lovely people with adorable children :) I always absolutely love watching your videos because you make me smile even during the darkest of times. Hi Fab and Ell, the boys are just the cutest bless them. I get what you are saying with a new build, everything is done for you and brand new and a blank canvas. The show home looked amazing. I loved the cosy living room. I’m not overly a fan of new builds as you don’t get much space around the outside they are quite close to one another and there isn’t much character to them but that is just my opinion the downsides to having an older house is the cost of repair and having it done up to your own specifications which can cost a huge amount of money so there are pros and cons to each type of house, you two must decide what you really want and how much you want to spend doing the house up the one you have now versus space and not needing to do much work doing it up as you have a lot on with the twins. Sending you both my best wishes and I’m sure in time you will get yourselves a dream house that works for the 4 of you . Sending you lots of love. 🥰 xxx

I can understand you wanting a.New build. You would suit a house that is open plan with say an office that you could use as a playroom. A larger garden with room for an office pod for fab A double garage that you could make half into a home gym.

😔 my 13 month old has a CMA which didn’t get diagnosed until he was 12 month! Even though I kept asking and asking them if it was a possibility and the doctors kept assuring me it wouldn’t have been. In the last month his skin has cleared up so much (not completely) so we are hopefully heading in the right direction 🤞🏽 I agree checking everything for milk is such an inconvenience and I am praying in time we can start the milk ladder with successful results 🙏🏽 xx

I’m in a new build and I love it. One question I would be asking you and fab is why didn’t you guys look at a bigger new build when the boys were due? You’ve just had a new kitchen fitted. As others have said take your time and you can do the house room by room.

There weren't any on the market in the area that we needed to be at the time, it was all very rushed because of the boys being due but we do love this house, we just have a huge list of things that we want to do and hardly any time to do it x

I’m honestly all for a new build, they priortise the spaces you spend the most time in. We are becoming a family of 5 in June and we’re looking at the same options. 100% go for it if you feel it’ll fit best for your growing family! ❤️ keep up the great content guys!

CMPA is awful. My son was allergic to so many things in addition and he didn’t grow out of most of it until he was just starting school. Just allergic to tomatoes now which is a nightmare, and I have a nut allergy, both of which are so hard to deal with. So pleased you look like you’re smashing the milk ladder 🤛🏻

Ours is a pro form one! I can't remember what make exactly but i think it cost £499 if that is any help finding it! Goes incline and is fast enough, it's awesome
