A Bisaya Speaking American and Canadian who tries to speak Bisaya...
What an amazing experience this was! During the "1st Ultimate Padidit Challenge" in Tangub City I randomly met an American named Pete! Except that wasn't his only name... Pete has a Filipino Nickname...
Petoy! (Probably spelled it wrong)
Pete has been living in the Philipines for more than 6 years and has been visiting since 2001. He loves it here, loves Mindanao and now... LOVES WOODEN SCOOTER RACING (at least I think we both do haha). Anyways... he challenged me to a race!
We only went a little distance because these wooden scooters are TOUGH!
Next time... THE BIG HILL!
Super Apir!
