Have to give Spencer and Kenzie credit. They are so determined and once they have a goal, they get it no matter what. Also have to give Spencer props... He has literally turned into Batman and is a literal jack of all trades. House builder, electrician, plumber, road builder, mechanic, woodsman, carpenter, solar system expert... but above all else a loving husband and a father. An inspiration. Not all heroes wear capes.

I love your chemestry together. Spenser is easy going and sort of quiet, put his head down and works. Kinzie is bubbly and full of life and a laugh that makes me smile. Your family is so awesome, and I love the way you make things work, and yes Spencer looks very handsome with hair, and he has a beautiful wife, gorgeous children and a great disposition 💕

You guys need an outback clothes tub! Get a 75 litre garbage can and cut a hole in the top big enough to get a long handle through (like a mop/broom). You can fill it with rain water, add your environmentally friendly soap and clothes, slip the lid over the handle and clip it in place. Use the handle to move the clothes around like a washing machine. This will give your clothes a good rinse and prewash for really muddy items or even bedding. If the water isn't terribly dirty you can do more than one load in the same water to finish in your spin washer. There are all kinds of plans online to make these!

Its nice to be somewhere different but it's also nice to be home.. glad you got your car fixed and the driveway done.

Forgetting the axle was funny. I once assembled a garage door opener and ran the rail through my A-frame ladder and didn't realize it until i was completely done.

Helpful hint: Get some moving blankets from Harbor Freight. You can get them for as little as $5 (Free some weeks if you sign up for mailing list). They have a hundred and one uses...Throw one on the ground under your car, and you have a clean, dry, padded area to work from. They can be used over and over again...when they DO tear up...chunk em and get another.

There is in fact NO PLACE LIKE HOME ! It's an odd thing how we get the need to get away but that need is quickly fulfilled and all you can think of is getting back to the place you wanted to get away from in the first place. Getting a solid comfortable nights sleep in your own bed is like heaven that first night back.

My family would always go camping for about 2 months every summer while growing up. There is not better feeling of being back at home, having a nice long shower and sleeping in your normal bed.
