Bruce I am loving this whole Gin and Tonic, all I can say is, "it's about time I used my dang 7month old tonic water that I wish I never bought" but sadly the elderflower tonic lol I just drink my last one 3 days ago...... omg lol
hm... I am not so sure about this direction of Gin & Tonics (or drinks altogether). I think it goes back to the end 90’s era (could be wrong), where everything was muddled. Eventually it becomes a literally muddled drink, with little clarity (in a metaphorical sense). ----- I would rather suggest, to either way infuse gin with blueberries (maybe even redistill it) or use some blueberry infused vodka and mix it with gin.
That mint is pretty sad looking. Just grow your own! I am not much of a gin guy but will give it a whirl. I have some ho emade blueberry simple syrup in the fridge. No elderflower water but I do have liqueur.
