If anyone was watching the premiere I'm sorry I got the hour wrong and wasn't there! Happened often in Africa too with changing timezones, only I have no excuse now... Videos coming back on a semi-regular basis!
It's a shame that you whizzed through Bulawayo. Most colonial buildings in the city are listed and protected by law. Plenty to see and do in and around the city, including two World Heritage sites, Matobo Hills and Khami. In fact, the Natural History Museum in the park where you were camped has one the largest collections of bugs in the world (no surprise, being in Southern Africa). Thanks for stopping by our lovely city.
We were in Bulawayo for 4 days as far as I remember, we did look to do and see more and I usually would look on TripAdvisor for what there is to do in cities we would visit, unfortunately the majority of the options listed for Bulawayo are Safari Tours taking you out of the city, which covers up the things that are actually in the city! I'd love to go back in a few years (hopefully with the country in a better financial situation) so I can see more. Zimbabweans were the friendliest people we met in Africa, thank you for having us!
