Hey, I'm early this time! I think Bob's Burgers is one of the only shows I know that has been going on for so long to somehow stay original and not suffer from seasonal rot or decay. In my opinion, it's held up more than family guy has in the past recent years. I've ever only seen this show go up.
imbd's 10 highest rated episodes include episodes from Seasons 1, 2, 13, and 14 among others. It's crazy how consistently good this show has stayed for so long, I can't think of any other show that's gone beyond season 10 while still being considered just as good as it was on release.

the tiki episode might be least favorite because of what it does to bob's character. i suppose it's only natural that as the series go on characters become more exaggerated but for a show that's meant to be grounded like bob's burgers it just breaks the illusion for me. i still like chris parnell's character though, i wish the adult cast was as developed as the kid cast. also i don't know if this problem is just a me thing but when chris parnell says something to the effect of "i know your restaurant will get big anyday now" it makes me sad because i know these characters are trapped in a sitcom and it'll never happen. i just wish the reason for it never happening wasn't bob desperately rejecting a large influx of cash.
I can't help but think that the logical conclusion to the series (in several decades when/if the show ever goes off the air) is to do just that; To have Bob's patience finally pay off as his restaurant hits it big. Big enough that he's able to buy the vacant lot next door and maybe even expand across the street to buy Jimmy Pesto's as well after it's revealed that the Pestos have been cheating on their taxes or something.
I (for one) did not fall asleep to this, but I listened to every single episode explanation. For some reason I rewatch bobs burgers at least every single day. Turning the show on just to have background noise, or just when I am bored, but this is a daily thing. Hearing all of these episodes I always see being described like this is so much more entertaining, cuz its the same thing Im used to, but different :)

The actress who plays her (Gabrielle Sanalitro) is Italian. If I knew romance languages a bit better I could probably tell what she was speaking directly but I just inferred.
I do feel like Tina actually did get a pretty raw deal at the horse riding camp. You can't just give a complete newbie a difficult horse and not follow up with them like that- she was really actually kinda endangered by their negligence. Sure, Tina may be more interested in the Horse Girl fantasy, but the show was more going for making this as Bob's Burgers-ie as possible by denying a Belcher a conventional experience, and she responded in the most Belcher manner in turn. If this had been a normal horse camp experience, I imagine it would have resulted in there being nothing to show at all, but a Tina being a bit listless, feeling like the camp was a very shallow, incomplete taste of the horse-owning experience, and basically being right where we started: pining for ponies. So it was the right choice on the part of the writers, but I don't think her interest or dedication to equine husbandry is truly that shallow.
Tina is the type to have a lot of knowledge of horse-theory, but then has little practical experience to back any of that up. She and the instructor made the same mistake in assuming that the two would be equivalent. And ordinarily this would have resulted in her losing interest just like you said, but Tina is uniquely 'Blecher-esque' and manages to avoid the very relatable pitfall of an uncaring instructor killing a student's interest in something they have passion about. I always end up coming up with something better for these scripts after I upload the video.
Sit Me Baby One More Time is one of the rare episodes I outright hate because it's asking us to overlook six seasons of Tammy being nasty to Tina unprovoked without ever being called on it. Yet we're expected to accept that Tina is somehow being a bully for having had enough and meeting Tammy on her level. It could've been an okay episode if the punchline hadn't been Tammy openly refusing to look at her own behavior. There's little worse than someone who picks on others but immediately melts down if someone reflects their shit back at them. Tammy wasn't being mean to Tina in that one precise moment. But we have dozens of episodes at this point that show her being mean when Tina is actively trying to be nice to her. Meanwhile that little girl is just running around kicking people in the tinkledink indiscriminately. It's a weird equivalency to draw. ...although I'm disappointed we've never seen Kendra again because she's hilarious.
To be fair, I think Tina has always been a pretty shallow character, she was just never especially good at it so those traits weren't as strong. Tammy is a bad person, but Tina looks up to her meaning she's not that much better. Bob's Burgers is a show where no member of the cast is a strictly good person on their own, but the family brings out the best in each other in a way that makes their flaws appear small while their assets end up being what define them. Also Kendra's bear voice is hilarious to me because it sounds like a voice my siblings and I used to make growing up.
