This case takes place On April 22, 1974 in
Ogden, Utah, United States
What happened this day shook the state
A 16-year-old high school student named Courtney Naisbitt had just completed his first solo flight as a pilot. After a successful day, he set off for home...
But he decided to stop at off at a photo shop to pick up some developed pictures. He needed to use a HiFi shops parking spot while he did what he needed to do
Two 19-year-old United States Air Force airmen named Dale Selby and William Andrews had ran into a hifi store armed with handguns. The two young men entered just before closing time at around 7PM with intentions of robbing the store.
There were two employees inside, who were just getting ready to close up...their names were Stanley Walker who was 20 and Michelle Ansley who was 19. Dale and William grabbed the two employees, and brought them to the basement of the store...what happened next, is deeply disturbing

He gave it to the qb. Luckily, before he swallowed it, he tasted that it wasn't gatorade and spit it out. However, he did lose most of his taste buds, had to have jaw reconstructive surgery, and get veneers since some of his teeth had disintegrated. The kid who did it was sent to some juvenile detention school. Point is, don't fuck with draino

I also saw the movie with Richard Chamberlain as the father and Michael Learned (remember her from The Waltons?) as the mother. The title of the movie was Aftermath: A Test of Love. It was a heartless crime. I was glad Courtney passed his solo flight with flying colors but so saddened that the crime he survived took away his love for flying.

I'm not gonna delve to deeply into why these two perps were so brutal. Look at the victims, and then look at the perps. There is a very obvious difference between these two groups. I've heard the stories from a veteran of the Portuguese war in Angola. The people he fought there exhibited the same type of sadistic behavior that were exhibited here. It's a part of who they are. Not all of them sure, but most of them. Portuguese women were gangraped, had their breasts removed with machetes, their eyelids cut off, fingers removed etc. Men were castrated, skinned alive, some were boiled alive.

Those men, in my opinion, should have been given only one appeal each then put to death with the same way they had used on those innocent people. They didn't show any of them any kind of sympathy & should not been allowed any themselves. What poor excuses of human beings to think they were defending our country.

Fun fact: if you where to try to crucify someone by placing the nails in their palms it would simply rip through their hands rather than actually hold them up, as they're actually supposed to be placed right below the wrists where there is bone to actually hold the person up rather than just let the nails tear through the skin letting them fall. This whole thing of placing the nails in the palms was simply an artistic choice made way back when people didn't really know much about anything as it looked nicer.
@jailcatjones3250

Nailing through the wrists would be a better way, then tie it with a rope tightly to avoid escaping. I spent years staring at a crucified Jesus and he could have escaped.

Nails were there to pin the limbs to the cross, but rope is what really kept the body from falling from its own weight. Sometimes there was also a little podium carved into the cross itself so the legs could rest at a less awkward angle... which came as little relief since the legs were usually broken with clubs beforehand. Then it could take several days to die from injuries and exposure. There's a reason Christians venerate the Roman soldier that speared Jesus as a Saint, he was giving him a mercy killing and saving him from a prolonged, tortuous death.
@robertcorbell1006
@robertcorbell1006 3 года назад
Specifically, the nails would pass just under the wrist bones and between the radius and ulna. This was since there would be a perfect fit and the nail wouldn't get blunted on bone. Furthermore, the nail would be typically passed through a tiny chunk of wood or a piece of hard leather to staunch any bleeding due to penetrating blood vessels. The elbows would be bound fast with rope if they wanted you to be up there for days slowly dying, or no rope if they planned on breaking your shins later for a quicker death which was a comparatively merciful death used on lesser criminals such as highwaymen and robbers (think the two thieves crucified alongside Jesus in the New Testament). Those who had led an insurrection or other more serious offenses would get the slow treatment. Rape got the worst punishment with a nail added through the genitals of those convicted of defiling a virgin female while homosexual rape meant being impaled anally on a spike driven through the back of the cross instead of a foot-bump for easier foot-nailing. This was euphemistically referred to as the "seat". Learned about all of this long ago as a freshman in high school when discussing the Servile Wars and Spartacus when learning about the Romans.
