IDK with most ppl like you don't spread the sauces you want over each dumpling. Its better than dipping your dumpling into each sauce and contaminating each flavor with the other. The sauces are there for YOU to drip INTO each dumpling, NOT to dip INTO...get the picture?

Yes we do eat emu. Not as easy to come in the bigger cities as Kangaroo but yes it is on the menu. Our First Nations are also allowed to eat turtle and Dugong.
