I’m guessing he’s not giving them a perfect score due to not being involved until Arc 3, but to me the LeafWings are among the very top of the 10 tribes. There is so much intriguing history revolving around their culture that even though they don’t have the spotlight for very long, they still make quite a name for themselves in my book.
Yes their very different from the other tribes being split apart being sapwings and poisonwings they are also different because they have no natural powers exept for leaf speak Which is deathly small besides sundew I’m guessing along time ago when their was more trees their was more leafspeak like in hawthorns age. They are also different because they don’t really have a religion. They also are gay confirmed by Willow X sundew which is very different from the other 9 tribes Edit: 2 tribes Edit: Deleted hole last sentence!!!!
That biology and history section being SO short really just proves we are dying for a legneds book about the tree wars. We know so little about the Pantalan dragon's history! Pretty much all we know is Clearsight shows up, gets busy enough to make a whole new tribe, and that pretty much everybody (but especially her HiveWings) completely worship her even to present day. We know the Tree Wars happened, and the snippets of what that was like in book 13, but not a whole lot else really.
I think LeafWings also have some sort of photosynthesis-like ability, but unfortunately Tui never explored that any further. Also, as others have said, I _really_ hope we get a Legends book (preferably about the Tree Wars) for the third arc! There’s more than enough potential there to easily fill up an entire book.

I just wish they were given more time in the spotlight. Them being revealed to still be alive felt very predictable. Even in The Poisin Jungle, a bookk from the POV of a LeafWing, I felt like they weren't really...there. But I still stand Willow X Sundew for the rest of my days.
I don't think it ended, there are still loose ends to tie up. Tui herself said she wishes for Peril and Sky to reunite and Sunny will be getting a partner.
I wanna see you do a theory video of how the WoF tribes may have evolved. Here’s what I theorized might’ve happened: -LeafWings and RainWings shared a common ancestor that I call ForestWings; Some known members were Freedom and two orange dragons with rusty-copper green underscales -MudWings and SeaWings shared a common ancestor that I call ShoreWings; One known member is an unnamed mother, whose eggs were in an underwater nest -SkyWings and NightWings shared a common ancestor that I call CaveWings; Some known members were an unnamed orange dragon with yellow underscales, who was a mother with eggs, and an unnamed black and red dragon -SandWings and BeetleWings shared a common ancestor that I call VenomWings (which are also a distant relative of SilkWings and HiveWings); One known member is an unnamed tan dragon with black spots -IceWings used to live on the dragon planet's polar ice caps, but migrated to Pyrrhia when their home began to melt; They would've needed to be adapted to survive on floating ice, so I think they had dark eyes, bigger wings and talons, and a bulkier appearance
It's possible to make a "A Closer Look At" about Scavengers/Humans ? Since they represent a sort of tribe by themselves, or a least a society of sapient being. Or at least a video about the uses and the developpement Tui try to do with humans in WOF univers ! Because that should a very interesting topic to explore and discuss nethertless. Plus, they have a great potential and importance in WOF univers, don't you think ?
So apparently, in A Guide To The Dragon World, it is hinted at that Leafwings *might* have poison immunity, but I say *might* since they don’t actually know if they do, but it would be cool
a new idea could be something akin to "a closer look at your fantribes!" or something alike to revive this series or it can be apart of its own closer look at a part two to it.
I feel like the leafwings are like the mudwings of pantalla,besides their leafspeak they don’t have any other cool abilities and they’re not exactly fleshed out. Everyone knows them for hehe lesbian couple,I feel like the tribe was solely made for sundew,willow and for the sake of story and plot.
I just thought of it and I think there will be a legends book about ark three because there was one for arc 1 and 2 so if there is one I think it might be on the tree wars

Hi, I was reading the leafwing description in the lost continent book and it said they were wiped out, however sundew and more are seen in the book, so is this a error or something they said because sundew is only seen moments after
Dude we know a little more than that like if you look at the village you can see how they normally interact with the plans what they tend to eat and when kids tend to move out

Even though the LeafWings are the most aesthetically pleasing of the Pantalan tribes, in the grand scheme of things at the end of the day, they and their brethren were unnecessary and unwarranted. As a matter of fact, the third arc in general was uncalled-for.
