Hello. I have had mine for about 3 weeks and have used it 6 times now. I noticed twice now after a cook when I open the hopper there is about a handful of ash up at the top of the hopper. Is this normal?
This video needs to be added to the product website and the Amazon listing. It would have saved me a lot of grief since the included manual is useless.
I had mine on my 22" Weber Classic, but decided it would be better on my Weber Performer. I had to notch a support beam on the Performer's chassis for the ash can, but otherwise it works great!

will you ever make a gravity style attachment similar to this one for charcoal and wood chunks? i know the original venom controls charcoal, but itd be nice to have smoke fed from the outside of the kettle much like the masterbuilt series. Or an attatchment for the weber smokey mountain?? thatd be even better...
