The Spider Grills Pellet Adapter is a great Weber charcoal grill accessory that lets you turn a Weber kettle into a pellet grill. The Spider is fun, easy to use, and helps you make amazing barbecue.

Here is how I used the Spider 22 to smoke baby back ribs that are fall off the bone tender without wrapping in foil. I used the Spider Grills Pellet Adapter attached to a Weber kettle for this cook but you can use the same technique on a Traeger, Pit Boss, Camp Chef or Z Grills pellet grill.
How to Smoke Baby Back Ribs:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Season the ribs with Bone Sucking Sauce dry rub.
Fill the pellet hopper on the Spider Grills Pellet Adapter with hickory wood pellets.
Set the Spider to "Smoke" mode.
Let the ribs cook in Smoke mode for two hours.
Raise the temperature of the Spider 22 to 250F and let the ribs smoke for three hours.
The ribs are done when they are probe tender.
When the baby back ribs are done turn the temperature control knob on the Spider 22 back to "Off" and wait for it to complete a fifteen minute shut down cycle.
This is a simple but highly reliable pellet grill recipe that will help you smoke baby back ribs perfectly every time!
