Umbriano is a premium paver renowned for its sleek, granite-like surface, achieved through ColorFusion™ Technology. This method disperses rich color and granite particles randomly, delivering a natural appearance with a non-slip texture. Factory-sealed with EasyClean™, Umbriano offers integral stain resistance, ideal for high-traffic commercial and residential projects. It's also an EnduraColor™ product, ensuring a more refined surface appearance that boasts vibrant color, even longer.
During installation, avoid unit-to-unit contact to prevent scratching or chipping. Be sure to pull units from multiple bundles for color consistency. Always compact the surface using a roller paver compactor or vibratory plate compactor with an anti-scuff pad.
When installing joint material, polymeric sand that meets ASTM C144 or C33 specifications is preferred. Ensure the joints are filled 1/8” below the edges and remove sand residue before compaction to prevent scuffing.
