Anyone with a IQ of more than 2 digits know, chump is a con man. Just look at the way he is acting like, because he knows he is going to lose. After he loses, he will have face all of these lawsuits, and criminal investigations without any executive privilege as president.
This episode was written by a guy who lived in one Fred Trump (donnie's dad) apartments in the early 1950s in queens. He did not have a good experience living thier and found Fred to be a terrible landlord and human being. So he used his name and found an actor who looked like fred when this episode was made. As the old saying goes the apple doesn't fall far from the Tree.
Not to mention worthless books, over priced survival foods, over priced survival equipment, over priced supplements which don't work, etc. It is the art of the grift.
