I’ve finally come around from my 3 day food coma and figured I’d share my video diary from our winter celebrations. Happy Solstice and New Year, hope you all had (or will have) a wonderful day and that the new season is kind to you. PS. Lemonade only taking one single pea of her winter feast is petty af and I applaud her for it.

They celebrate the Solstice. 😐 NOT Christmas. It says so, right in the video title. I'm not trying to be rude here... but it's important that you lot understand that you are deliberately pushing *your* religious traditions onto others when you do this. Especially in BIG CAPITAL LETTERS, trying to emphasize it... even though the people have made it clear that they dont celebrate your "CHRIST-mas". It's not heartwarming. Frankly it's annoying. You Christians always say that you mean no harm... but it *IS* pushing your religious traditions onto others, and it's important you realize this. Because let's be honest: You wouldn't be comfortable if everyone around you started wishing you a "Happy Kwanza" every year, and you know it. 🙄 lol You'd be constantly telling people that you don't celebrate that, etc. I'm sure I'm going to get raked over the coals for saying all this. But somebody had to. Because It takes just as much time to type out "Happy Holidays" or "Happy Solstice", and to respect other people's traditions too.
