SAM! From a former barista and coffee enthusiast here are a few tips! Not sure if you knew this, but each of those “shots” you pulled were actually a double shot so you have 4 in the cup. If that’s what you were going for, then right on! I personally love doing more espresso in my drinks. That might be why it tasted a little acidic. And if there aren’t enough grounds in the portafilter the water can go through too quickly and it will pull acidic/sour because it doesn’t have time to pull the sweet notes out as well Love your videos and your openness 💛

The struggle is real when you said that you were trying to make a better version of yourself but felt it was going to take a lifetime. Deciding to take it one day at a time is a great idea and because of this video, you have helped me realize that today I can make my tomorrow self very proud. I am way older than you and have been struggling with this concept and depression for a very long time. I try to give myself grace but then that horrible thing called depression creeps up behind me and I'm not in a place to want to do anything for the tomorrow me. However, with a lot of work on myself and with the help of professionals, it's slowly happening. You too can do it and you are on the right path of thinking and doing. Samantha, you really should write a book about your struggles; there are so many of us who suffer from depression and look for various ways to deal with it. You help others more than you know when you tell your story. Have fun with Andrew! I hope he read my comment about having the drinks he was sent with you! Your Halloween decorations were so cute!
