in kpop you audition to the label you want to be a part of, you compete with other people (lisa for exemple beat 3,999 people in her open audition in Thailand) and if you pass you become a trainee under that agency, but its never certain if youre ever gonna debut, you practice dancing, singing, rap and etc and theres monthly evaluations where they get a grade and every month people are eliminated (so if you wanna try again u need to audition again and pass again), thats why they are so good, they trained for years to be where they are

A cool fact about Rosé is that she seems to be really funny and chaotic and in fact she is XD sometimes she seems to be a little crazy and a little weirdo lol but a cool fact about her is that when they ddbuted in their 1st years she used to be more a laid back persona(not really laid back)more in her own and kinda "shy" but the years were passing and I guess she was getting more and more comfortable with herself, she changed thru these years, even her face changed a little bit she lost her chubby cheeks (not completely they still there but not that big anymore) yes she is a foodie she eats eats and doesn't get weight, she is consider to have a golden voice, the korean golden vocalist She is the best (or one of the best)vocalist in kpop, Now Lisa when Lisa speaks to her members and close ppl and when shes happy that is actually they way she speaks that baby voice XD, Lisa's personality when she raps and is on stage has nothing to do with her real personality, that savage baddie, she is actually really cute joyful the kid of the group the yougest a goofball, but of course when she hits the mentory she completely changes coz she had a strict mentor when they were trainees, thats why she is like that as a mentor coz that was the way she was teached That baby voice is actually the way she speaks in her daily basis to her members and her friends, but she got that deep swag tone when she raps, but that baby voice lol that's so cute imagine Lisa talking to u like that, BTW actually lisa is consider the best (or one of the best)dancer in kpop, she dances since she was 4 dance is her thing, even tho ppl "only" know her for her raps she is the main dancer of the group! She even said she prefers dance over rap

Lisa is my favourite member in blackpink she is different than other idol in kpop.she is beautiful and cool at the same time.i like her personality too.

Yes, KPOP groups train alot before they debute, but in BlackPink case, when they started back in 2012, the girls were only 14 year old, about. and the main reason was the senior girl group, 2NE1 was just starting out themselves. All groups sign a 7 year contract so they needed to wait a few years for the senior group to exist for a while. 2016 was the year they debute, and 2NE1 was in there 6th year of their contract but had some logistical issues, thus BlackPink was debute to fill a void. there are more facts, but this is the basics.
