As I contemplate your morning routine, I find it interesting and suggestive in improving my eating habits and adapting to an healthier balance. I exercise for strength mostly, and I'm not remotely as consistent and dedicated as you are, but this is still so useful and motivational! I just thought I would share this into with you. I want to see you succeed in all you do. I love how honest you are about life and working out. You are a rare being in every way. Do you adjust or plan you training to accommodate your cycle, like lighter weights higher reps at the beginning, and then increase weights after?
Its no problem, its on your side... sometimes your pc has scripts or an antivirus which tells you, that it is dangerous to visit sites from other countries. So please double check, the site is fine.

For my breakfast i always have a 5 egg scrambled eggs with bbq sauce mixed in and a bowl of wheetabix always sets me up for a day of training and my work as a club bouncer

I just have a question, can we take the supplements which you were taking ? Like apart from Pre workout (as it’s usually common one) what else should we take it ? Like my goal is to lose fat and gaining lean muscle, I am taking Pre workout, Isolate, multivitamins and fish oil. Thanks

Okay. On a serious note. I’m a professional chef. I would advise against cracking eggs with a knife or any sharp object. You run the risk of getting shells in the egg. Crack it on the flat counter top. It won’t push the shell into the egg.
