A little tour around Prague. Visiting a few interesting places. Asking my audience about the difference between Europe and America. Trying out martial arts for the first time vladagalagan.com / vladigalagan / vladigal_official
My dad was in the US Army. We lived in Italy for a few years as a child. All food is so much better in Europe. Food in Europe tastes homemade and always fresh. I feel like a lot of places in the US get away with serving frozen or canned foods.
Outstanding video. Love seeing your playful, human side. I have never been to a cafe or restaurant here in the U.S. with so many cats (or dogs). Hope to see more vids like these.
Don't worry. Once she gets more publicity and exposure, she will change. No more down to earth, funny, lovely woman. Instead you'll get someone who thinks she's the center of the universe
Exciting video today Vladislava! You are expanding your talents on many new challenges. The instructor is amazing! The pastry/chocolate in Europe is far better than the USA. Your channel is the BEST! 😁😁
Her comprehension of the English language is wonderful especially considering its not her native tongue.....actually speaks better than many westerners would.
nice, .. appreciating simple things and nature. It reminds me and my husband just walk around the park and bring some snacks just talking and let the time pass and go home. This is good video, you are a queen a strong one🥰
Awesome video! Nice and easy to watch, loved the stroll through Prague and the bits and pieces of info and trivia, the peacocks, and your mma training session, very cool stuff!
When your ready… you can make content traveling to your hometown, introducing your family (its personal but i know your fans wants to see) traditional food, villages. Or maybe a content teaching basic Russian language 😍. You will get better and better on your vlogs❤
Hello there Vladislava Galagan great video by the way and love your the energy and you are doing some MMA training that very cool and I just subscribed to your channel as well
Vladislava, watching you put your all into bodybuilding workouts leaves no doubt in my mind that if you were to channel that same passion into MMA, you'd be an absolute force to be reckoned with in the UFC. I can easily see you smashing records and competitors alike. You've got that unstoppable drive, and it's awe-inspiring to see!
I feel home right now, just chillin and enjoy the show. Damn I miss Rich Piana so much, he was crazier, but the show is the same high quality! Well done, have fun everyone! Smile!
Bien por la iniciativa de inresar al deporte fascinante de las MMA - La vas hacer bien porque eres fuerte - ganaras a todas - cuida nomas tu linda carita!!!
I’ve only been to London, Paris and Scotland but I would say yes, they pastries are better in Europe on average. The US pastries, for the most part, are made in higher quantities with poor ingredients but there are smaller cafes here that make good pastries.
If you want to learn rolling and falling I suggest you go train with a Judo, Hapkido, or Aikido school. The generic rolling/somersault technique he was teaching is maybe OK for gymnastics or something, but it is not good martial technique. You don't roll down the center of your back because your vertebra and spinal chord is there. You may get away with it on a mat but if you try it on a hard floor or concrete you are likely to be injured. Even a forward somersault should always roll the impact force to the left or right of your vertebra, not directly on it (roll over one shoulder or the other). This is even more important if you are being thrown, because you may not be able to roll out of it if your opponent holds onto you. When stopping the roll you want your lower arm to slap the ground at the same time or a microsecond before your body hits because you want to disperse the impact over as big a surface area as possible to reduce the pressure on your body and internal organs. Make sure you keep the slapping arm straight; if you bend it you may break your elbow. Regarding your question on American bread, yes, the cheap supermarket bread is different from good French or Italian bread, but you can find those kind of good breads in bakery shops.
Yes! I was beginning to think I was the only one seeing this odd training for martial art rolls and break-falls. This was making me cringe, especially because this was being taught to a newcomer. Whether I trained judo, jujitsu, or aikido, we were always taught forwards, or backwards, to lead with right or left, and never down the centerline. Thank you.
Me surpreende que no Brasil tenha muita cultura esportiva, olha o DNA das meninas da Gym Academia, literalmente o exercício é uma espécie de religião para você, no meu mágico México as pessoas se destacam pela gordura.
Wow, she did amazing with the MMA, Especially considering the instructor was not as clear with the details of how to perform the techniques as he could have been.
I haven’t been to Europe since I was a kid but I do remember loving the sweets and bread and I’ve always heard people who do travel say that chocolate and pastry is better there.
