I am going to try to provide a structured comment for my morning routine, since while this video came out I was in some research about morning routines (haha-college students for ya). Here is what I found: 1. If you conquer the morning you will carry that momentum through the day 2. TEA-morning tea is awesome its filled with antioxidants that flush toxins 3. Get movin". When you are moving your brain creates new flippin' pathways in your brain (science is nuts-is called neurological pathways) . When the body moves, the brain creates new grooves. 4. There are certain foods out there that help your brain actually function better-blueberry, salmon, turmeric, egg, walnuts, coconut oil, broccili, carrot, dark chocolate, avacado and smoothies (LOL gets yours from the sunrise shack) 5. Journaling-has the same effect as meditation but the benefit is seeing your goals and aspirations on paper might actually make a difference for your brain BROTHers, I appreciate the channel.
