I’m late to watching this but someone at my work was outside talking to someone about how much they work out and he said no matter how hard you hit it physically, if you don’t change your diet you’ll never see the results you want. I feel like this is where I have messed up every time. Proud of you Paige ❤️

I eat an outshine grape popsicle everyday for a sweet fix. I have made changes to my diet and I’ve lost 13 pounds in 2 months. Diet definitely affects your body and shows results way faster it seems than just exercise alone.

I know how you feel about Florida heat and nutrition. Going to the ymca would be o.k. except I I end up going by myself. It does help to belong to my insurer's incentive program. It has alot of paperwork involved but the gift cards are worth it. ❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊

I love the no sugar fudge pops. I cut up some fresh strawberries and cut up the fudge pop and eat it in a bowl. Sooo good! ❤

Chop up banana and mix with yoghurt and freeze in blobs. Drizzle with dark chocolate. They are yummy and not terrible for you

May I compliment you by saying you make Motherhood look so effortless! Since you've been running, I really see the weight loss, and you look amazing! I Love the Outshine ice pops - especially the sugar-free Strawberry! They really satisfy that sweet tooth need for something in the afternoon! And also, the sugar-free (or not sugar-free if you prefer) Jello cups and Jello pudding cups - they are portioned and are really satisfying...and you can add a touch of whipped cream for an extra treat! While you're there, why not add some sprinkles to make it look pretty and like you're indulging, but you're not. 🧁💕

hey Paige! I would recommend trying out a protein powder. The Vanilla protein powder from Optimum Nutrition is great and easy to throw in smoothies for even more protein paired with the collagen! Also, I'm not sure if you've ever considered Factor Meals but they are really delicious, and always have some sort of discount code going. Their protein portions are generous and is great for not having to cook meals throughout the week! also Luna is sooo cute!
