I feel like you'd really enjoy this productivity app called Forest. It locks your phone for you when youre trying to be productive for a set amount of time. During the countdown, it grows a tree, but, if you unlock your phone before the time runs out, the tree dies. Successful trees (aka successfully staying off your phone for a set amount of time) earns you points which you can use to plant a tree in real life!

I'm from London but a few months ago I was able to travel to New York. This made me miss it soooo much!
