Maybe when you will feel comfortable enough, you should try "automatic" treadle and shoes for you bike? You will feel the diffenrece once you will ride your bike for a lot of kms :) (sorry for the english, hope I am understandable haha) Keep going anyway, your consistancy is motivating! :)

I love how you are honest with suplements. I mean don't get me wrong I use it, especially as a former athlete, but let's take away the "magic" part out of it - kudos for addressing that. Thank you for showing true athleticism, and for taking time to address mind and being present aspect of fitness as well.
