Hey Will, with an aquarium you are supposed to cycle it before adding fish. I have had aquariums for a number of years. The ideal way to prevent hurting the fish is to do a fishless cycle. Takes 4-6 weeks. If you already added fish, look into how to do a cycle with fish. A little more dangerous for the fish, but requires frequent water changes. You should get a water testing kit. Api makes the best. You can keep an eye on ammonia levels as the cycle happens. Fish are a lot more complicated than many think. Great video by the way. Loving the content.
OR... Use bottled water, refill when needed... fish are easy (I had the same fish for years until they grew up too much for the tank and I gave them away, bottled water is my secret).

Will, between you and Dr. Greg you both have helped me lose 30 pounds since I started watching you in March. Until then I had to thought you had to “eat big to get big”. I was overweight and kind of ridiculed for it in college especially being a college baseball player. My story is similar to yours where I started lifting and had bad eating habits which led to an overweight physique. Thanks to your help though this is the best I’ve ever felt and I’m down to 13% body fat! All the credit to you and Coach Greg for the diet tips! Keep up the great work man. Love your videos 🙌

Hey, Will, just started watching your vids a few months back, really enjoy all the great content. I'm a thirty-six year old male, started intermittent fasting last year, down to 156 pounds from 230. Never been much of an athlete, been injury prone in previous attempts to get healthy, and I've mainly lost weight by doing low intensity steady state cardio walking, but after finding and watching you and Coach Greg's channels, I've decided to get into weight lifting. I just started the beginner's full body routine you suggest in the video where you review your original routine when you first got into it weightlifting, recovering from yesterday's workout right at this moment. I'm going to keep doing intermittent fasting for now to keep losing fat, but on workout days I'm going to expand my window and add more protein to hit that five meal max you and Coach suggest over a more spread out period of time. I'll let you know how I'm feeling in a few weeks time, just wanted to thank you for all the help, motivation, and especially all the jokes. We need all the levity we can get.
I've made some strength gains running that program. If you haven't seen it, coach does a critique of that program that you can use to make it even better.
Will, i honestly love watching your videos, i have watched all of them. You have a great sense of humour, are very knowledgeable and most of all i love hoe humble you are despite your success. Many fitness youtubers are very egotistical and let success go to there head, but you dont. Keep up the amazing work and i wish you even more success in the future
